  Despite being blind, she has full 360 degree awareness, at a range that varies based upon numerous factors through a combination of her other senses (most importantly hearing and touch). She has mastered these senses to the point where she can understand most of her surroundings to surpass the necessity for sight. However, this does not prevent her blindness from being a weakness when properly exploited.

• Effects

  Thousand Arms Umbrella
  This unusual device mimics a standard umbrella, but is host to a number of weapons. It houses a short, single edged sword at its base. Beneath the lining of the umbrella, attached to the frame, is a steel cord attached to two of the reinforced umbrellas ribs, that when opened, looses a barrage of small needles from the top end of the umbrella, each of which is coated in a numbing poison that makes muscles difficult to use and sluggish. Paper pockets beneath the umbrella contain a special powder, a mix of strong pepper and metal shavings that can burst open and be released with a pull of hidden cords and controlled some fanning from the umbrella. Finally, weighted metal bands near the end of the umbrella allow it to be used as a club when the umbrella is unfolded.
  
  Shuriken
  She carries a wide variety of shuriken, from straight darts, to stars, to mouth darts. So easy to conceal she often keeps many on her at any time, using a variety of slings and holsters, as well as fitting them beneath her obi (sash/belt).

• Rules

  I hate personal rules sections, because they seem rather pompous. However, I have a few that are important to note.
  
  1. I only engage in free form combat. I'm in control of my character and whether or not she takes damage, is maimed, dies, et cetera. I will not solve disagreements with dice rolls or coin flips. If both parties can't be mature about combat outcomes then neither party should be engaging in RPs that permanently change the other's character. Of course, I also follow this rule as a result, I will not force outcomes onto your character. If a dream's standard rules are dice (or other methods of random generation) I will simply pass on (and go out of my way to avoid) any combat for everyone's sake.
  
  2. My character does not require consent for any actions as long as the first rule is followed. I also am respectful of anyone else's rules about consent (if I am being the aggressor I will always discuss consent first). However, if you attack my character, you are essentially consenting to any reasonable recourse my character takes against yours. I have a very eye for an eye approach to RP in this regard, try to maim her you consent to your character to possibly being maimed, try to kill her and you consent to your character possibly dying. If consent for these things are revoked at any time I will just void the RP, regardless of the outcome.
  
  3. Winning is not my goal, but engaging in a realistic environment for my character to grow and experience a story. Actually, losing conflict can be more amusing in the long run, but I expect people in conflicts against my character to maintain realistic physical boundaries (enhanced by a fantasy setting). That means if your character suddenly gains a new power, defies physics in an absurd manner, or abuses magic (by not prepping, stealth casting, or other loopholes/manipulations) I will disagree and negotiate for a change. If a compromise can't be met I will ask to retcon the RP.
