Appearance
Radiant as the first light of dawn, the celestial stands before you with head held high, glowing faintly as though lit from within. Silken tresses flow like shimmering moonlight, a river of platinum threads that capture the essence of the night sky woven into a single, long braid which drapes her shoulder. Eyes, sharp and bright like starlight, possess both an icy blue hue that could freeze time itself and a contradictory warmth above easy smiles. Adorning lithe form, practical, well-made garments of fine silk and supple leather allow freedom of movement, tailored to accommodate ethereal wings too small for flight. Summoned to her side at will, an ornate silver spear so delicate as to appear unfunctional yet holds a deadly edge that gleams with the promise of protection and peril. The wind whispers, "valkyrie."

Consists of: one blouse, blue silk modestly covers her chest embellished by black lace at the throat, loose peasant-style sleeves gathered at the cuffs, and with a buttoned panel to accomodate her wings; gray woolen trousers so snug as to have been tailored to fit and belted at her waist by black leather buckled in silver; leather boots dyed matte black and cut fashionably high above her knees; and one long, dark gray cloak with a deep hood. Made of fine materials, all of which appears to have been crafted for her personal use. As much a signal to pickpockets that her coin-purse might be heavy as they were a warm, relatively practical ensemble.

Celestial Glow
Thanks to divine heritage made manifest, Vee glows; faintly, but it's there, more apparent in dark settings. She has no control over the intensity or existence of this inner light, and it stands as an instant identification method for her Celestial nature.




Flight

Hardlight Spear
Only present when summoned onto the physical plane by its wielder, the spear is made entirely of divine energy aka "Hardlight." A long, delicate shaft of glowing silvery light thumb-width in diameter, it rises at full length easily 7 inches above Vee’s head. Despite a fragile, ornate appearance that seems so delicate as to be unfunctional, it pierces flesh with all the efficiency of steel. Against fiendish and undead enemies, holy fire adds a burning effect and damage is doubled. Can be summoned at her will, but will also manifest of its own volition when her life is threatened. If disarmed, the spear will disappear.







Healing Light
A form of nurturing softlight, this nigh-blindingly bright ability channels divine magic on touch into the body of another to provoke rapid regeneration. It cannot be used to self-heal. Painless, but warm, the only repercussions are extreme exhaustion in both healer and patient, as well as a voracious appetite in both that stems from the need to replenish the body’s spent energy. Very minor wounds (abrasions, small cuts, fractures) can be repaired with ease while more moderate injuries (broken bones, amputations, internal damage, etc) are a significant drain. This ability cannot return the dead to life nor can Vee use it upon herself.






Holy Fire
Of divine origin, this fire is entirely magical and does not operate with the same properties as traditional flame. It will not spread without the will of the caster and cannot harm those pure of heart or who are innocent, though beings considered of evil nature or whom hold malicious intent will experience burning, clinging flame akin to ignited napalm. Neither water nor oxygen deprivation can extinguish it, as it requires no fuel, but magical intervention can cleanse it as easily as a curse.
