Personality: Back home in Texas, Aaron was often teased for being a push over. It wasn't until he moved to California that he learned what he actually is is 'chill.' Aaron can generally find a good natured joke in just about any situation. He's not afraid of confrontation, but he prefers to pick his battles and it honestly takes a lot to get him riled up to the point where he might get physical. Even before Garret was born, Aaron had a naturally protective and nurturing personality, but it's only heightened since his son was born. Cooking is just one of the ways that nature manifests itself. Now that he's finally achieved his own personal goal of owning his own restaurant, he loves helping out other people who are either just starting out, or have been left on the side lines due to various reasons (gender, race, criminal records, age). Much of his easy going personality goes out the window once he steps into his kitchen though. Behind a stove, Aaron is a Chef, emphasis on the capital C. He runs an extremely tight ship and makes it clear that he is the boss. He's seen too many restaurants fail due to sloppy cleaning, sloppy cooking or sloppy hygiene. In the Bastion, it is Chef's way or the highway, no exceptions.

Aaron has fairly chiseled features, a square jaw and a small dimple on his chin. His eyes are a light, icy blue and he keeps his chestnut hair cut short, partially for health code reasons and partially so that the patches of gray at his temples are slightly less noticeable. He likes to take long runs in the early mornings and works out whenever he can find the time, so his physique is muscular and strong, though it's not obvious unless you can get his clothes off. He has a pretty good tan going on his naturally pale skin from spending long afternoons working in his vegetable garden back home. Unless particularly annoyed or frustrated, he generally has a small smirk on his face, though he has a special soft smile he reserves especially for his son.
