    No one could miss a Nocturne with their specific uniforms. Long, black cloaks made from treated leather, like a plague doctor's. Knee-high boots with carefully made treads for especially good footing. Black leather trousers, treated the same as their cloak, intricately layered black steel armor, coated in a thin layer of darkened silver covered their torsos, offering as little shine as possible, and finally the trademark of the Nocturnes... That wide-brimmed black hat that obscured prying eyes' view of the wearer's face. Gale Ward was one of these highly-regarded protectors of the night, wearing all this on a daily. Like many Nocturnes, she slept during the day and roamed at night, looking for prey. Gale stood out from most Nocturnes in two ways: One, she was blond. Not a common hair color in general in this place... And secondly, she was female. Female Nocturnes weren't unheard of, but they definitely weren't common. In addition to her uniform, she sported a few different weapons... Her main weapon was quite literally always strapped to her left arm, a set of three claws. A ring attached to the claws via a metal wire and worn on her middle finger dictated the retraction and locking of the weapon, so that she could use her hands freely when not fighting. The claws themselves were steel, coated in silver, just like her armor. The steel edge had durability and sharpness while the silver coating helped bring down whatever monstrosities had a weakness to it. Her right hand was wrapped tightly in a scaled steel and leather gauntlet. It was heavy and could pack a punch when used as a weapon, (like a caestus) but most often was used defensively. In addition to this, she also carried with her a set of twenty silver throwing knives.
