  Ever wanted to be with a Time Lord, but always found The Doctor to be a little too... Timid? Rule Loving? Let's face it... Boring? Why not check out a Time Lord they struck from the History books?
  Come and travel with Oz and his friends! You'll never have to worry about whether or not he'll scold you for changing events. You'll never hear that you can't do something in fear of upsetting some unknown universal balance. Oz's TARDIS is a piece of shit that falls through reality cracks, anyway, so chances are you'll never alter your own reality! (Though you might not get back, either...)
  Life getting you down? Feeling a bit fed up with that small planet you're stuck on? Oz'll be more than happy to come spice up your life!

  Oz is a Time Lord! Well. You think Time Lord, you see valor and dignity and general good God's graces shining out of their assholes. But Oz is a different sort of guy. While he's not out to rule the universe like some Time Lords, he's definitely not in it to save planets, or even really be diplomatic. And why not? Who was he representing but dead old dudes?
  We all have black sheep in our family. Some of us know what it's like to have a particularly... Interesting one. Oz and his sisters set out to party, lost a home world, and generally never stopped. His TARDIS only looks like the Doctor's TARDIS when he's trying to prank people - which is sad, watching their poor faces droop when Oz comes out - and generally just looks like a huge door. He'd thrown out subtly for whatever the hell he felt like.
  Not your average Time Lord!
  Good for sci-fi role plays. Buggin' 'round space doin' a bit of sumfing or nuffing. All my characters are pretty much geared towards this general multicharacter world that I've sort of dreamed up. Geeky? Probably. But fun!

• Biography

  Oz started out as a joke. And a terrible one. When I was younger, and role playing mainly on Neopets and Subeta, I made Oz as a ‘Mary Sue Eater’ who my friends and I used to rape/kill/beat up/make fun of various Mary Sue’s we tossed into our story lines. He was only six foot two, had blond hair, and was mildly retarded. I’d based him off of “Tom Cullen” in The Stand based on the idea of what might happen if Randall Flagg had gotten Tom instead. As role play was often geared towards what is most popular at the time (if you wanted to find someone to play with at the least) I tweaked him to fit MxM settings, “gifted” settings, and the more needlessly violent plots involving him as a complete psycho.
  Meanwhile, during this time Oz is running around murdering people, my favorite role player and one of my best friends and I were finally tapering off of the amazing Harry Potter plots we’d done. And were looking for something new. I mentioned Oz and his gifted plots, and we whipped up a double.
  The double role play we had was the first storyline that actually affected Oz as a character in the long run. Any other storyline I’d done with him before had been morphed into other characters, or scraped entirely.. He was less violent without reason, though it had been replaced by his being a self-centered, egotistical bastard. He was reaching Gary Stu territory all on his own, though the one thing that set him apart is that everyone he came into contact with recognized his faults, and felt exactly how someone would in a regular setting. Which is to say, most people hated him. And frankly, all the scars kept most people away like tattoos keep Christians away. While his personality was grating and ground on people, there were no unrealistic reactions.
  For the double, I have him a friend. This young male was someone who he’d saved from a crazy mother trying to kill him, and so the boy owed him his life. This boy was Bill, and while he still to this day views Oz as a terrible whirlwind of a person, he stuck by him. And he helped people get over Oz’s outrageousness, because anyone normal had been running away from Oz right off the bat. Bill made them want to stay, if only to make sure Oz didn’t kill him on accident. Bill became Oz’s right hand man, and frankly, his conscious.
  At this point, Oz is a character that freaks people out. It’s what draws players to him, but their characters hardly ever got along with him because he was so hard to deal with. He always thought he was right, and infuriatingly, he usually was, even if only on technicalities or if you looked at it from ‘his point of view’ instead of a normal, sane point of view.
