Egill is a relatively healthy human man in his early fifties. He's usually seen wearing some type of Adidas tracksuit or other flattering leisurewear, often paired with paint-spattered white Nike running shoes. He has prominent cheekbones, greying-light hair on a receding hairline, and thin, expressive lips, all indicative of his heritage, a mixed bag of Northern European ancestry. At first glance, his gaunt, serious face may come off as intimidating, but if you catch his eye while he's leaning against a building taking a cigarette break, he'll politely smile and blow smoke in the opposite direction.
