• Organization

  The leadership position of the Corporation is held by the President and CEO, whose identity is unknown to the public. Because of this, most of the actual running of the company is managed by the Executive Board of Partners, a group of 9 individuals who all own portions of the company's stock, and who, combined, own 58% of the shares, giving them total legal power over the organization. The next group, the most public leadership face of the Corporation, are the Senior Partners. The Senior Partners and the Executive Board of Partners are both located at the global corporate HQ in New York.
  
  Further down on the leadership pole is the Board of Directors, who generally manage large areas. For example, there is a BoD for North and South America, a BoD for Africa and Europe, and a BoD for Asia and Australia. Even lower is the Directing Committee, who generally manage a specific group of countries, such as the most famous DC that controls the US, Canadian, UK, and German branches of the Corporation. One can go one big step lower from the DCs and find the Management Boards, which are usually confined to one specific country.
  
  Getting down to the more local level now. There are generally a number of Corporation headquarters buildings throughout a given country. One is labeled as the "Prime HQ". For example, the Prime HQ location for the UK is the Manchester Branch. The Manchester Branch is notable also as being the secondary global headquarters of the Corporation, meaning that the person in charge of it is usually a very high ranked individual. The present leader of the Corporation's Manchester Branch is Esther Princesa, the Vice President of the Corporation.
  
  From there the power just goes even lower. In most cases the person with the second most power in a corporate building is the Head of Security, who is appointed by the current Chief of Office, aka the one in charge of that building. From there, power goes to a small Board of Advisors, who are generally the public face of a corporate branch. Afterwards, the power division differs from place to place, but always lowest on the list is the head receptionist. Even the janitor gets a higher command position than them.
  
  The Corporation functions mostly through a number of different buildings, or branches, located in many different countries.

  Being a large, multinational corporation, the Corporation has had to face their share of legal troubles. A number of lawsuits related to the Corporation's medical experiments have been filed by human and animal rights activists against both the company and a number of individual employees. Despite the numerous lawsuits, the Corporation hires good lawyers and have managed to win every case, even going to the extent to counter-sue their aggressors. Lawsuits have also been filed against the Corporation by it's own, low ranked, employees, who hope to blackmail the company to increase their own wealth. Put simply, this usually results in an "unfortunate accident", in which the blackmailer is killed.
  
  The Corporation casually takes part in tax evasion and other similar crimes in order to keep a larger portion of their earnings. Despite the amazing amounts of money brought in by these actions, the Corporation has never faced any kind of legal action because of this. A number of people suspect that this is due to the fact that the Corporation is so massive and generally plays a major role in the economies of the countries in which they are based, meaning that they are so important to the governments that they turn a blind eye on small things like tax evasion.
  
  Another thing that the Corporation is well known for is their large arsenal of weaponry. Being in the defense/security industry, the Corporation has access to a large number of weapons, and their arsenal isn't limited to just firearms. They have bombs, a few tanks, even some chemical and biological weapons. The Corporation generally uses German-made Heckler & Koch weapons, such as the multi-caliber USP pistol, the 9mm MP-5 Sub-machine gun, and the G36 5.56mm assault rifle. The reason for this is their use of H&K weapons is their high quality and the fact that the Corporation provides H&K with ideas for improvements upon their weapons, and also possesses a license to manufacture H&K's new UCP pistol.
  
  It is typical of the Corporation to arm as many of its employees as possible. All Corporation security forces are armed with at least handguns, even guards in countries where firearms are not permitted, such as the UK. In these countries, the weapons are usually kept inside the buildings and information concerning them is tightly regulated. Let's just say that the Corporation has ways to avoid being caught, such as bribes, threats, and other nice little methods.
  
  The Corporation also takes part in a number of illegal experiments, usually related to medicine, genetics, or drug testing. Their experiments are covered in more detail in the next section.

• Experiments

  One of the major sources of income for the Corporation are their experiments. Most of these experiments are medical and biological in nature, and almost all of them are cruel and inhumane. Also experimented are a number of psychological variables, as well was the effects of certain wounds on to the body. As is easy to imagine, such experiments are terribly painful and more often than not end in the death of the test subject(s). Most of the research is into humans, though the Corporation has recently turned to testing on non-human races, particularly the Shinigami.
  
  Experiments done on the Shinigami and other non-human races are often a great deal more cruel than those done on humans. Here are a few examples of some confirmed “experimentations”: a Shinigami was injected with numerous different diseases, all fatal to humans, and suffered greatly before being killed by another experiment; many Shinigami have been cut open and had their organs harvested for studying, often being forced to survive without those organs so that they may be continuously experimented on; a Lumivone was raped and would have been forced to give birth to test the results of a Human-Nonhuman hybrid baby; Shinigami were forced to undergo weeks of pure pain to determine the species' natural pain resistance.
  
  Other experiments on humans are often performed. Torture techniques are used and tested, diseases are injected into living human specimen in order to see the effects and to test vaccines and cures, and a great many other things are done. Human experiments are easier and cheaper than those on Shinigami, and are thus more performed.
  
  Quite often, weapons of all types are tested on human and non-human subjects. New types of more efficient and effective bullets and ammunition are created and tested on living people. The victim is shot multiple times, then tied down and forced to lie down as Corporation scientists probe the wounds, attempt to stop or increase blood loss, and observe internal damage, all as the subject slowly and painfully dies. It is thanks to these techniques that the Corporation developed the first ever bullets that could harm and even kill Shinigami, “Geist Bullets”. Experiments are also performed to determine ways to block the use of magics and powers, such as those often used by Shinigami.
  
  From these experiments comes wealth for the Corporation. A massive portion of the products created by the Corporation are derived from inhumane experimentation. Despite this, no one knows of the experiments, and the public really could care less so long as they all get their vaccines on time and so long as they can buy their Corporation-produced H&K guns with special Corporation-made bullets. The Corporation runs on greed, and they're willing to do any types of terrible, inhumane, and cruel experiments in order to increase their wealth.
