• Description

  Ray is a maneless lion, a fact which he finds quite frustrating. He's transgender, assigned female at birth but actually a guy, and his lack of a proper mane makes people assume he's still a teen at best, or misgender him at worst.
  
  Instead of a mane, he has a thin ridge of cream fur; in anthro form, it stops at his neck, but in feral form it continues down to between his shoulders. He also has cream eyebrows, inner ears and cream spots on his copper ears. He has narrow, angled eyes with copper lining the bottoms of them, giving him a permanently tired or angry look, which isn't helped by his perpetually dropped ears and sarcastic personality.
  
  Ray's fingers and toes are cream, while his hands and wrists, feet and ankles are all copper. His tail, too, goes from tan to copper to cream at the end, and puffs up gradually rather than having a sudden tuft of fur at the end as most lions do.
  
  Ray has been on testosterone for 5 years, and had top surgery 3 years ago. He has short scars on either side of his chest, the pink scar tissue showing through his short fur. His stomach and chest are cream as well and edged in copper, while the patter narrows out at his waist while widening at his hips and chest, annoyingly hourglass-like.
