You don't just hold a grudge for a few centuries without at least a little bit of pride, but lucky for Brahms he's got it in bounds, so he'll likely spend the next millennium scoffing about England and it's ridiculous name, it's foolish rulers, it's.. tea. Once a Scottish Prince, it's a bit of a sore subject and perhaps one of the few things that can get this quiet old bastard to say more than a few choice phrases. This isn't to say there's no softer side. Doesn't everyone have that? There's a playfulness under all that gruff exterior, it's just not always easy to dig down to. As is pretty typical for dragons, when he gets his claws into something it is his, and he will fight to keep what belongs to him in perfect, pristine condition. There's a sarcastic underbite to a lot of his words, and when that's not the case? He's probably flirting. Sometimes, both. But nothing serious ever comes of it.
