Victoria and her robots

Victoria is ginger with a few scattered freckles and vibrant green eyes. She often has faint circles under her eyes from lack of sleep. She isn't particularly curvy but often wears heels to accentuate what she does have. Her lipstick is often of an orange tint and her hair is normally a sleek ponytail.[*][*]

Victoria's father, Lucius Delaney, married her mother at an twenty nine year age difference when he was forty seven. He was the pioneer of casual publicly-available robots, such as the Nanny Bot (Childcare made simple!), Buddy Bot (Company for the loner!), Chrissy Bot (For the childless!), and and the ever helpful Eyebots Assistants (Little more than an upgrade from the common cellphone). Delaney Robotics, working in conjunction with the warmachine of Rapture Tech, and the militaristic conglomerate of Thornico, quickly became a force to be reckoned with. The name that comes to mind when you think of crosswalk guides, automatic chefs, and even the new and improved ePets is Delaney Robotics.

Victoria was born shortly after a rushed romance and impatient courthouse Wedding, her young mother going through a mental break and neglecting young Victoria. After less than a month, Victorias mother was away to Henriko's Home for the Mentally Unwell for the foreseeable future. Lucius was often away from Home, leaving Victoria to be raised by a thornico ALPHA, an ex-soldier turned bodyguard named Lewis Garrett.

Bullied for her completion, hair color, need for glasses, and the fact that she was brought to school and taken home from it by a babysitter in a rusted out truck, Victoria never had many friends. Lucius even went as far as to scoff as he read the monthly report about his daughter from Lewis. Height, Weight, Grades, Maladies... No friends? Who needs friends when you have money? Victoria, while others her age went to parks or parties, would go home and crack open her editions of 1001 Fun Experiments for Home, ages 13+, which she completed by herself by second grade.

By ten years old, she completed her first fully functional AI program on her computer (Mostly using code she hijacked from her father), and at the age of twelve, she had put this AI into a functioning robotic body, a repurposed Chrissy Bot, it's prime detective being to protect her from her school bullies. This robot, Christmas, would become, and stay, her best friend, and quickly put her bullies, then her teachers in place.

After an undisclosed incident, Lucius saw fit to send Victoria away to a famous prepatory school for girls, Plutos Charter School for Fine Young Women. After being educated at the school for three years, a sting operation uncovered evidence of human trafficking committed by the employees of the school, and it was dissolved, bringing Victoria home again, a changed girl.

At 16 years old, Victoria dropped out of eleventh grade, and joined Thornico. She completed a two-year long advanced education course in less than four months, and had a private ceremony that not even her father attended, with top marks in the city. By the age of 19 she had established herself as one of the strongest up-and-coming forces in the Odenian army, but something was missing. Always one for struggling eith feelings and emotions, Victoria admitted her affections to the ALPHA who raised her.


Wether it was her father Lucius, or her boyfriend Lewis who worked out some deal with Thornico is unbeknownst to Victoria, but she never saw combat with her own eyes. She served as 'active duty' for four years without leaving the planet


Now, Victoria is classified as 'Retained Agent', a non-combat personell. She stays on-base in the Odeno city center, and at the lab from before sun-up to well after it goes down, sometimes even curling up in her chair overnight. At the age of 24, Victoria is the co-lead of an unlisted program, tediously working to design a new combat robot for mass production that will forever replace human soldiers. Resistant at first and after several year sin couples counseling, Lewis has entered a non conventional relationship with Victoria, though she spends so much time in the office, most would assume she's married to her work.
