|BIRTHNAME|
Sandor Faraday Zephyr – a name as weighty and deliberate as the man himself. |ALIASES| He suffers no nicknames; attempts at familiarity are often met with cold silence… or a clenched fist. |AGE & BIRTHDAY| Though his face and form appear no older than twenty-three summers, time does not mark the fae as it does mortals. In truth, his years run far deeper. Born on May 14th, beneath the steady sign of Taurus. |BIRTH PLACE| The City of Rivers, Doranelle. A place that has never loosened its hold on his heart and which he still calls his true home. |RESIDENCE| He dwells on the mountainous edge of the City of Rivers, too bound by memory and grief to abandon it entirely. |OCCUPATION| A warrior of renown and disciplined soldier, he is blood sworn to the Fae Queen Maeve of Doranelle. |ALLEGIANCE| Albeit being sworn to another, he remains loyal to Terrasen and its court in secret, an oath sworn without hesitation, held without compromise. |
|RACE|
Fae, through and through – immortal, unyielding, marked by both grace and ferocity. |HEIGHT| Standing 180 centimeters, though his upright bearing and air of command lend him the impression of greater height. |BUILD| Broad-shouldered and powerfully muscled, yet moving with the precision and poise of a predator. |EYES| A striking, crystalline blue. Cold and piercing in repose, but brightening unexpectedly when emotion breaches his stoicism. |HAIR| Auburn curls fall in untamed waves to frame his face, softening the severity of his expression with an unbidden boyish charm. |COMPLEXION| Golden-skinned, his complexion carries the burnished glow of vitality. Even shadowed by hardship, he remains luminous. |TRADEMARKS| Tattoos etched in fae script run from his upper back to his neck, paired with a body littered in countless scars; each one a story of a battle survived. |
|SEXUALITY|
Heterosexual, though locked behind walls of grief and emotional distance. He wears his unavailability like armor. |RELATIONSHIP STATUS| Widower, still in mourning. His heart remains unclaimed, bound to memory and loss. |STRENGTHS| A tactical genius whose strategies have turned hopeless battles into narrow victories. A skilled and disciplined warrior, wielding blade and bow with equal mastery. Gifted with an extensive knowledge of history and lore, he often sees patterns others overlook. He is also fiercely loyal once his trust is earned. |WEAKNESSES| A brooding temperament and an unapproachable manner. Haunted by grief, he carries ghosts that weigh down his spirit and cloud his judgment. Quick to anger when confronted with mockery or dishonor, and occasionally reckless when his emotions override his otherwise careful logic. |LIKES| The sting of cold dawn air, the steady rhythm of running in his animal form, the silence of places untouched by men. |DISLIKES| rivial complaints, idle vanity, and the clamor of those who mistake noise for strength. |

B L O O Dx S W O R N
A WARRIOR COMMITTED TO HIS QUEEN ![]() Sandor Faraday Zephyr was born in the heart of the City of Rivers, Doranelle's jewel, where waterways glistened like silver veins through marble streets and the fae thrived in their timeless grace. His father, Dalyor Zephyr, was a commander of renown, respected for his discipline and honor, while his mother, Halaena, was a scholar and healer, her name whispered with reverence in the libraries and sanctuaries of the city. From his father, Sandor learned the art of the sword – precision, restraint, and the weight of responsibility that comes with wielding steel. From his mother, he inherited patience and a reverence for knowledge; the understanding that wisdom could win wars where brute force could not. He grew between those two worlds: The discipline of the warrior and the grace of the scholar. He was not alone in this life. His elder brother, Haemir, bore their father's quiet strength, a man of reason and steadiness, while their younger brother, Saevel, brimmed with fire and restless energy, eager to carve his name into the world. Together, the three brothers were inseparable – river-born sons of Doranelle, bound in laughter, sparring matches, and shared dreams of glory. But peace, even for the fae, is fragile. Dalyor and Halaena were slain when Sandor was barely a man grown. The circumstances were clouded in mystery, though whispers of the Dark Queen Maeve's machinations were never far from the truth. The brothers were left fractured, each grieving in his own way. Haemir turned inward, seeking strength in reason; Saevel's fire grew into anger and rebellion. Sandor himself buried his pain beneath silence and steel. Though they fought for the same cause, Maeve's shadow separated them, scattering the brothers across Erilea's endless wars and intrigues. They lived, but not together – and not unscarred. In the years following his parents' deaths, Sandor found a fleeting reprieve in love. Her name was Liora Feywin, a healer of uncommon warmth and quiet courage. Where he was stoic, she was gentle; where he was scarred, she soothed. She saw past the warrior's armor into the man beneath, and against all odds, she became his anchor. Their wedding was small, private – a moment of light carved into an otherwise shadowed life. For a time, Sandor believed he had outrun his grief, that perhaps the gods were not entirely merciless. But the Queen, ever calculating, saw in his joy a weakness to exploit. Only weeks into their marriage, Liora was slaughtered by Maeve's soldiers, sent under the cover of night. Sandor returned home to silence and to blood on the floor where laughter had once echoed. The grief that hollowed him was boundless, and though Maeve had meant to break him, the attempt only reforged him into something colder, harder, deadlier. With Liora's death, Maeve bound Sandor to her through the blood oath, chaining his soul to her will. Outwardly, he became her loyal sword-arm: Disciplined, lethal, unflinching. He led her armies, carried out her commands, and earned her trust as one of her most dependable soldiers. Yet beneath the surface, rebellion simmered. His allegiance lay not with Maeve, but with the missing Queen Seraphine Velaryon of Terrasen, whom he quietly vowed to serve. Alongside his blood-sworn war brother, Kheelan, Sandor became a silent dagger at Maeve's throat. Together, they whispered resistance into being, feeding intelligence to Terrasen's rebels, sabotaging Maeve's designs whenever the opportunity arose.
"There is no doom so black or deep that courage and clear sight may not find another truth beyond it."
– Stephen R. Donaldson It was during one of these covert missions that Sandor and Kheelan crossed paths with Neera Morgane – a fugitive assassin with a foul mouth, reckless instincts, and a spirit that sparked against Sandor's stoicism like flint against steel. He disliked her instantly: Her irreverence, her disregard for caution, the way she challenged him at every turn. She was everything he despised – chaotic, volatile, unrefined. And yet, she was also Seraphine Velaryon in disguise – the lost Queen of Terrasen, hidden and hunted, walking the world as a fugitive until the time was right to reclaim her crown. Neither Sandor nor Kheelan knew at first, though the truth revealed itself in time. Sandor resisted what bloomed between them. He had buried his heart with Liora, and the idea of opening it again was both unthinkable and dangerous. Yet as the battles mounted – as they endured ambushes, betrayals, nights soaked in blood and fire – he began to see the woman beneath the mask. Not just the assassin, not just the queen, but the mate the fates had chosen for him. The bond unfurled slowly, painfully. In stolen glances, in arguments that ran too deep to be simple quarrels, in the moments when their lives hung by a thread and she still chose defiance. Against his will, against the fortress of grief he had built around himself, Sandor began to hope again. Now he stands as a man of paradoxes: Maeve's chained warrior, yet secretly her enemy. A widower hardened by loss, yet drawn inexorably toward love once more. A brother sundered from his kin, yet still bound to them across battlefields and borders. His scars, both visible and unseen, tell the story of every war, every oath, every betrayal. The tattoos that run across his back and neck are not mere marks but vows of survival, fragments of an unbroken will. To most, he is stoic, intimidating, unapproachable. But those who stand beside him in the fire know better: That beneath the iron and silence lies a heart as fierce and loyal as any ever born in Doranelle. He endures. He waits. He plots. And when the time comes, when his one true love, Seraphine Velaryon rises to reclaim Terrasen, Sandor, will be there – not as Maeve's pawn, but as a warrior forged by grief and bound by fate, ready to carve freedom into the bones of the world. |

Extroverted· Intuitive· Thinking· Judging ![]() Commanders are natural-born leaders. People with this personality type embody the gifts of charisma and confidence, and project authority in a way that draws crowds together behind a common goal. However, Commanders are also characterized by an often ruthless level of rationality, using their drive, determination and sharp minds to achieve whatever end they have set for themselves. Perhaps it is best that they make up only three percent of the population, lest they overwhelm the more timid and sensitive personality types that make up much of the rest of the world. If there is anything Commanders love, it is a good challenge, big or small, and they firmly believe that given enough time and resources, they can achieve any goal. This quality makes people with the Commander personality type brilliant entrepreneurs, and their ability to think strategically and hold a long-term focus while executing each step of their plans with determination and precision makes them powerful leaders. This determination is often a self-fulfilling prophecy, as Commanders push their goals through with sheer willpower where others might give up and move on, and their extroverted nature means they are likely to push everyone else right along with them, achieving spectacular results in the process. Commanders are dominant, relentless, and unforgiving. This is not because they are coldhearted or vicious per se – it is more that Commander personalities genuinely enjoy the challenge, the battle of wits, the repartee that comes from this environment, and if the other side cannot keep up, that is no reason for Commanders to fold on their own core tenet of ultimate victory. If there is anyone Commanders respect, it is someone who is able to stand up to them intellectually, who is able to act with a precision and quality equal to their own. Commander personalities have a particular skill in recognising the talents of others, and this helps in both their team-building efforts (since no one, no matter how brilliant, can do everything alone), and to keep Commanders from displaying too much arrogance and condescension. However, they also have a particular skill in calling out others' failures with a chilling degree of insensitivity, and this is where Commanders really start to run into trouble. Emotional expression is not the strong suit of any analyst type, but Commanders' distance from their emotions is especially public, and felt directly by a much broader swath of people. Especially in a professional environment, Commanders will simply crush the sensitivities of those they view as inefficient, incompetent or lazy. To people with the Commander personality type, emotional displays are displays of weakness, and it is easy to make enemies with this approach – Commanders will do well to remember that they absolutely depend on having a functioning team, not just to achieve their goals, but for their validation and feedback as well, something Commanders are, curiously, very sensitive to. Commanders are true powerhouses, and they cultivate an image of being larger than life – and often enough they are. They need to remember though, that their stature comes not just from their own actions, but from the actions of the team that props them up, and that it is important to recognise the contributions, talents and needs, especially from an emotional perspective, of their support network. If Commanders are able to combine an emotionally healthy focus alongside their many strengths, they will be rewarded with deep, satisfying relationships and all the challenging victories they can handle. |

⎨S T R E N G T H S⎬ Strategic thinkers ➵ Commanders exemplify the difference between moment-to-moment crisis management and navigating the challenges and steps of a bigger plan, and are known for examining every angle of a problem and not just resolving momentary issues, but moving the whole project forward with their solutions. Efficient ➵ Commanders see inefficiency not just as a problem in its own right, but as something that pulls time and energy away from all their future goals, an elaborate sabotage consisting of irrationality and laziness. People with the Commander personality type will root out such behaviour wherever they go. Energetic ➵ Rather than finding this process taxing Commanders are energised by it, genuinely enjoying leading their teams forward as they implement their plans and goals. Self-confident ➵ Commanders could not do this if they were plagued by self-doubt – they trust their abilities, make known their opinions, and believe in their capacities as leaders. Strong-willed ➵ Nor do they give up when the going gets tough – Commander personalities strive to achieve their goals, but really nothing is quite as satisfying to them as rising to the challenge of each obstacle in their run to the finish line. |
⎨W E A K N E S S E S⎬ Stubborn and dominant ➵ Sometimes all this confidence and willpower can go too far, and Commanders are all too capable of digging in their heels, trying to win every single debate and pushing their vision, and theirs alone. Intolerant ➵ "It is my way or the highway" – People with the Commander personality type are notoriously unsupportive of any idea that distracts from their primary goals, and even more so of ideas based on emotional considerations. Commanders will not hesitate a second to make that fact clear to those around them. Impatient ➵ Some people need more time to think than others, an intolerable delay to quick-thinking Commanders. They may misinterpret contemplation as stupidity or disinterest in their haste, a terrible mistake for a leader to make. Arrogant ➵ Commander personalities respect quick thoughts and firm convictions, their own qualities, and look down on those who do not match up. This relationship is a challenge for most other personality types who are perhaps not timid in their own right, but will seem so beside overbearing Commanders. Poor handling of emotions ➵ All this bluster, alongside the assumed supremacy of rationalism, makes Commanders distant from their own emotional expression and sometimes downright scornful of others'. People with this personality type often trample others' feelings, inadvertently hurting their partners and friends, especially in emotionally charged situations. |
Taurus is the second astrological sign in the Zodiac. People born under this sign may be called Taureans. "Long ago, when there was no mortal king on Wendlyn’s throne, the faeries still walked among us. Some were good and fair, some were prone to little mischiefs, and some were fouler and darker than the blackest night. But they were all of them ruled by Maeve and her two sisters, whom they called Mora and Mab." The Fae are stronger, faster, and more agile than any human, with heightened senses and swift healing. They possess a natural affinity for magic, as demonstrated by the higher number of gifted births with larger amounts of magic than humans. A Fae's magic usually manifests itself in an elemental form; ice, fire, wind, darkness, or magic such as oracle sight or healing. Fae usually have the magical ability to transform into another form, that being of an animal of some sort. Sandor has enherited an extraordinary combination of supernatural abilities, in part because of his Fae heritage, but especially due to the wind- and ice-magic that runs along the Zephyr-line. His family is considered to be amongst the strongest of the fae-lines in Doranelle, and out of the three brothers in his generation, Sandor has been gifted the most generously. |
|WIND MAGIC|
As a member of the Zephyr House, Sandor possesses the ability to control and manipulate wind however he pleases. He can summon cold breezes and generate warm gusts of wind, and he can conjure up a storm with a mere thought. His magic also goes as far as letting him steal all of the oxygen from the air, rendering his opponents unable to breathe until he allows it.
|ICE MAGIC|
As a member of the Zephyr House, Sandor can control and manipulate ice. Summon it, shape it as he pleases and melt it into nothing. This power goes hand in hand with his ability to manipulate wind, and it is hard to tell where one gift ends and the other begins.
|ENHANCED HEALING|
Like most Fae, Sandor has advanced healing, and decent control over it, meaning that he himself heals from injuries and illness quicker than the average person, but also that he is able to heal others to some degree.
|IMMORTALITY|
Sandor, like all Fae, is immortal and cannot age or die unless fatally wounded. He is not immune to sickness nor is he invincible in battle, however he is less likely to catch sickness or get severely wounded.
|SECONDARY ANIMAL FORM|
Due to his Fae heritage, Sandor is able to shift between two different forms. His first form is his Fae form, and his secondary form takes the shape of a clouded leopard, which serves as his animal form. Even as a beast, he can still control and use his magic to some extent, as well as take advantage of the animal's abilities such as fangs and claws. In his Fae form, like any other Fae, he has elongated canines, pointed eartips and his senses (sight, hearing and smell), speed, and strength are all enhanced.
