Biography
Carter lived with a wealthy family, that was very well known and liked throughout the town, they had everything from a house on the hill to horses in the country. With everything a kid would like, the most expensive clothes and electronics. He got almost everything he wanted growing up. And he was happy. His personality was much different than what is now. Carter hasn't always been this sadistic, this sociopathic, growing up. He was charming and nice. He had to be since he had a younger brother with special needs he helped take care of. Neal was his name. Carter was 5 years old when Neal was born, and at around 15 he began being a co-parent for him. He would bring him around school and take care of him, or sometimes stay at home from school to take care of him. They grew a bond, a deeper bond than most siblings. So at 20 years old Carter decided to stay at home with Neal and his parents to stay with his brother and continue helping out. It wasn't like they needed it, they had enough money to take care of Carter. But still, they needed to work and Carter was willing to help.
They lived happy for a while, Carter was doing a job at a place where he could take Neal and watch over him, and going to a continuity college with a day care place that could watch Neal for him. (Despite his age but they allowed him because of the conditions). But at one day when Carter and Neal headed back home from Carter's work. It was late at night and gloomy. When they parked at the driveway Carter gave Neal a couple bags of groceries they had bought and told him to head on before him while he gathered the rest. Then when the giggly boy ran off with the bags, Carter turned and started hanging the rest on his arms to bring them inside. Just then he heard a loud cry. He turned around to see a crying Neal jumping down the steps and running off with his hand hitting the top of his head while he wailed loud cries, it was normal sign he was upset. Carter, now freaked out, had to drop everything and run over towards his brother and snatch him. He then brought him to the ground and held him there while also rubbing his back and his head, trying to comfort him. "It's okay, It's okay. What's wrong?" He asked with a calm voice. But all he would yell was: "They won't wake up! They won't wake up, Carter!" Carter's heart dropped at those words. But he still had to calm down Neal so he would not run away before he went up to check on his parents. Once he was breathing fine now and has stopped hitting his head with his wrists. Carter made him wait outside the doorway for him then he went up to go look at what happened. Right there, on the living room floor were the two bodies of what used to be his parents. His mom was shot in the head, and his father was shot three times in the gut and once in the heart. Plus everything was gone, everything. The TV, some of the expensive furniture and nick-nacks. It was obvious someone had robbed them.
Three years passed, Carter now lives in a apartment in a bigger city with Neal still by his side. Money is tough but Carter's hunger for revenge was tougher. Through the past three years Carter was growing out of sadness to anger, and fear that those people would come back and hurt, or kill Neal too. Like every story of a young man or women wanting revenge he started researching and finding the people involved with all that was left over in the crime scene. A gun, and logo with a foreign name. Which pointed to the fact it was a organized crime business who wanted to flaunt their name and success on killing his parents. But, to take down this illegal empire, Carter knew he had to get deep...deep into a illegal business himself. So, the start of Carter's mafia life started by boiling rage and taste for vengeance. But deep down it was also started by the fear and guilt of keeping Neal safe. He thought that the deeper he got the safer Neal would be from harm. So, to keep low, Carter got himself a girlfriend. His first girlfriend, that wouldn't mind taking in Neal and watching him for a couple days so Carter could go behind her back and do all types of heists from stealing money to killing wealthy people, all so that once he got up in the empire he could murder of the leader of his gangdom family.
Carter got wealthy and wealthier by all the heists he was doing. He was able to now get the treatments that Neal needed. But it was to late now, Neal's needs gotten worse to the point he began getting brain damage, and heart problems where he would suddenly have seizures at random moments. It scared Carter so he got so many prescribed medicines for him that wouldn't work. So one night Neal had an episode, but this one wouldn't stop. It just kept on going for most of the nights until he landed in a coma. Carter brought him to the nearest hospital, where he stayed for five days.On the last day of Neal's life Carter was standing over his hospital bed with a stuffed panda he had purchased for him, Neal loved pandas. Then that heart meter began a longing beeeeping sound and the line stopped. The bear dropped to the ground but Carter wouldn't leave the room until they took the body away.
However, the death of his brother did not cause Carter to stop his plan on murdering the assassins who killed his parents. Instead it made more angry, more powerful, more sadistic. He had lost everything and he wanted to make sure the leader of the company who had took everything from him had lost everything they loved like he did. So he went undercover and killed everything his leader loved from his pet dog to his wives and kids. Then he climbed up the ladder of positions until he finally alone in the same room as him. That was when he had finally murdered his family's murderer.
Now after years of murdering and thieving, Carter's heart grew cold to the point he even enjoys the sight of someone hurting. Years went by, Carter is now a vigorous 40 year old, with strong muscles with a thin frame. The past few years treated Carter nicely, he thrived in the luxuries of money. Though he did have to go through many hardships from his past life to get this, which hardened his heart. He even came out as bisexual and found himself a lover. Which so happened to be Kat's uncle, whom he know loves and works for also. -

Biography
The family business started as a speakeasy from Devin's great ancestors. It was a thriving place where flapper's danced and everyone enjoyed tons of illegal beer in secret. When Beer had once again became legal, the speak easy instead turned into a 'hang' out area for the biggest mafia members to bathe in the cigar smoke and play games of poker. By this time the little company in the sewers of the New York city was making little - to no money. Devin's grandpa, at a young age, made the idea of a drug route to open the business back up and start getting some income again. He connected to a few drug dealers in South America and opened up a route, and that is how the business of smuggling cocaine from out of states became thriving. by the time Devin's parent's were born the income of the little business had started from a $150/week to $1000/week.
Years later, the first son was born. While growing up - the family business had started from a little underground room to a big white skyscraper in the middle of the other skyscrapers of downtown. This dark secret of cocaine smuggling
was masked by a fake company called 'Sargent logistics' that was a accounting building for the iphone developers. Then a million of the little business opened up all across the states. LA, Hawaii, Kentucky, almost all states had a logistics building, that was secretly smuggling cocaine. The income increased from a $1000/week to a $26,000/week. So Devin's family could live in luxury. Big houses filled with art, maids and butlers, parties, expensive hotels, more
expensive restaurants. But the only problem was Devin had distant parents who only thought about their business and money to even give a second thought about Devin. When Devin was crying they would make the butler take him out so they wouldn't have to hear it, as a teenager he would be payed to stay out of their hair. If he ran away for a week his parents would never realize him gone, which he did a lot. Because of this teenage Devin turned into depressed and snotty rich teenager who never was around for his younger brother, who eventually turned out just as mean as him. At the age of thirty, Devin was given the family business to run. But he had to share the income with both his parents and his younger brother.
It was a real shock to everyone after Devin's parent's house had been 'accidentally' caught on fire - burning both of them til their breath was gone. This fire was labeled as a kitchen fire that had gotten way to out of hand. However, the fire had started in the bedroom of the parent's, then the doors were blocked so they couldn't escape.
After their death, Devin started getting more money. He still had to share some with his brother but as long as he didn't do any hiccup that could destroy their business then he didn't care, sort of. When Kat was born then even more of the money was going to the brother for the baby, yes Devin was pissed about this. But he had to wait to knock them off, he had to wait years.
When the girl was fifteen years old, Devin ordered his people to knock them off. Whenever the whole family was dead,
Devin would be getting the whole income of the company...But there was huge mistake...Kat, who was supposed to be in the car accident, was invited somewhere else. Therefore she was not in the car when it plundered off the bridge and is still living.It got worse for him too, because she had no family left the teenager girl was made to live with him. Devin was real pissed about this, he had no desire to raise a teenage girl, especially not one he had already wanted dead. He had many thoughts about this, if he had killed her off or abandoned her then it would most likely be to suspicious of him for the cops. So his last resort was just to control the girl, and control her money too. Keep her isolated and her mouth shut before she could tell anyone about anything going on in their house. But the girl had proved herself to be rebellious, so he smashed up her phone and her computer and moved her to LA. Away from anyone who she could run to for help
