• Biography

  Arkadiusz Matteo DeSouza was born to a normal couple in a small town. They seemed like a happy family, but soon it was obvious that a child in the situation had put too much of a strain on the relationship of his parents. It ultimately ended in a messy divorce, where neither father nor mother wanted to give up custody of the child. This resulted in a rather complicated joint custody agreement where Ark was passed back and forth on random days of the week. His parents often used him as a pawn between them to piss off the other, so Ark grew up under their separated feuding.
  
  He was a happy kid, though. His parents immaturity gave him a lot of insight and the ability to let things roll off him like water off a duck's back. When he was eighteen, he left the situation, leaving both parents behind to sort their own issues and moved out of the small, nowhere town. He had big dreams to become some sort of rock star!
  
  That is how he landed in a city called Nexxus.
  
  He had heard it was the place to go to make it big. Of course, he had to start somewhere, so Ark was a street performer for a while, playing his guitar for passerby's coins. He loved it, though and kept at it while bumming off couches. One night, in a sketchier part of the city, Ark was attacked. He didn't see who it was exactly, all he remembers was being jumped suddenly and the world just... going dim.
  
  He awoke in a dark, tight space with an unnatural hunger tearing him up inside. So naturally, he beasted his way out of the box, that was apparently under the ground some feet and burst through the dirt, hand first, not unlike a daisy. Awaiting him was a very old vampire named Vasyl and a somewhat new, reluctant werewolf. The pair filled Ark in what had happened to him, after feeding him copious amounts of bagged blood, and surprisingly Ark took to being a fledgling vampire with relative ease. They affectionately call him Sprout from the way he was reborn, and he in turn calls them his supernatural gay dads.
  
  Sprout lives with his would be tutors in the Windsor Apartment building in Downtown Nexxus. The place is a haven for all sorts of supernatural residents, and Sprout finds it is suiting him just fine.
