Yanzu of Negasi

Yanzu comes from the Negasi tribe of the hidden land of Bosala. This tribe was known as the ancient tribe under the nature god, Khaagi. When he was walking among men, he contributed in the creation of the Negasi as the first man he gave power to, made a family and grew in numbers. After time passed, all were good.

During the time of the god wars where the respected tribes who were chosen by the gods were at war with one another, Khaagi created the special weapons of nature for his clan to fight with. Because of the rituals he did to make them, they were considered treasures from the god himself. With their great powers, they managed to not only hold their own but turned the tides of war in their favor, expanding their land and finding a place that would keep them hidden from the rest of the world.

After the great war ended, Khaagi gave a task to the Negasi to watch over the great weapons he created so that if there was another crisis, the weapons could be used again. This was the beginning of the turmoil brought upon the Negasi.

As the next 200 years passed, the Negasi watched after the weapons, there were some that felt they should take it upon themselves to use the weapons to conquer and showcase their power to the world. The son of the chief of that time, was power hungry. He stolen the weapons they were to guard and gathered followers to join his cause to cleanse the lands. When they went on a campaign, this caused an inner turmoil where the chief and his loyal ones faced his son's followers in a battle that tore apart the lands. The son brought foreigners to join and even though their repelled them, the damage was done. Some of the weapons were stolen, some were destroyed. One two weapons were still in possession of the Negasi. The great poisonous spear and the sun shield.

Khaagi learned of all that has happened. Using the weapons disobediently, fighting among each other, losing and getting the weapons destroyed while seeking to start another war for the rights of everlasting fame. Khaagi's anger swelled and for these crimes he laid down a curse to the tribe. Khaagi granted the Negasi longevity, durability, and the ability to use the weapons but the wrath of the world will be upon them, never knowing peace. Their land will not flourish from the help of Khaagi, instead, the Negasi will have to work hard to bring about vegetation to a land that is mostly barren. This curse will stay set until the day the weapons have been returned to it's rightful place.

It's been over 500 years since that curse started and this is where Yanzu, the great warrior comes in. Yanzu learned of the fate of his people as this was a common story upon the youth. He found interest to someday try and locate the other weapons. When he was old enough and well trained, he stolen the spear so to go out into the world to not only see other cultures, but to one day find the weapons that once belonged to his people.
