Hayden is rather shy and quiet, but on the other hand he can be eccentric and energetic. However, in both cases, he is a deep thinker and a highly intellectual person who love helping others. He is able to see without prejudice, on both sides, which makes him the type of person who can easily solve problems.
Although he can easily adapt to the energy that surrounds him, Hayden has a deep need to spend some time alone and away from everything. While he is often seen spending his time with others during the morning and afternoon, his nights mostly consist of staying home and doing nothing more than simply reading a book or playing the piano. Hayden also uses his mind at every opportunity, whether he is with people or not. If there is no mental stimulation, he can be easily bored and lack any motivation throughout the rest of the day. But as soon as the sun starts to shine, there is always a new plan on his mind.
On his negative side, Hayden can often be timid, abrupt and sometimes aggressive by nature. While they might be considered flaws, some people believe it gives him the power of quick and easy transformation. So he can be known as a thinker, progressive and a humanist. He feels good in a group or a community, so he constantly strives to be surrounded by other people.
The biggest problem for him though, is feeling that he is limited or constrained. Because of the desire for freedom and equality for himself, he will always strive to ensure his freedom of speech and movement. On a more positive note, he uses his rights to help others, fight for seemingly good causes and further production all at his own expense. Hayden is a businessman and he knows how to get exactly what he wants.
