LIKENESS: Previously a stunning woman, since the accident, Arlene’s entire face and head is covered in taught yet wrinkled skin, akin to that of a severe burn victim. Her lips are wrinkled and no longer present, and the shells of her ears are missing as well as the cartilage of her nose.

Surprisingly, despite the accident, and perhaps due to quite a lot of work on her part, Arlene’s voice remains near identical to how it was before the accident; The last remaining reminder that she ever was beautiful and worth caring for, as she sees it. A soft voice, once proud, is now tentative, mousy, and unsure. Her singing voice is lovely, though she seems to only hum unless required for work anymore.
