• Basics

  Overall Appearance: Power, Sophistication, and Class. In his every word and action, Raymond embodies these things. He is always dressed finely, groomed impeccably, and ready with just the right thing to say. Despite this 'elite' appearance, he is always calm and composed - no trace of outright snobbishness or tension present. While he seems capable of going from terribly warm and disarming to frighteningly cold and intimidating within an instant, there is no question that he is always in control. In fact, this control isn't only over himself - but seems to exude out to fill whatever room and situation Mr. Huntington places himself within.
  
  Physique: Ray's physique is seemingly impossible. He does not appear to exercise in any way, yet his form is the perfect height/weight combination, and toned at Olympic levels. There is no unnecessary bulk, not a trace of fat, and not a single marking or scar.
  
  Clothing: Raymond is at all times in the finest of suits. Never too formal, never quite casual - and always tailored specifically to him. If the situation calls for it, he will dress slightly more 'up' or 'down'...however, Raymond is usually the one dictating the situation people are dressing for.
  
  He usually doesn't have many 'accessories' with him. In fact, unless something specific is needed for a situation, Raymond usually doesn't carry anything at all. No wallet or coinpurse, no form of identification, no weapon, nothing.
  
  Flaws: Raymond is truly powerful in many ways, but he is not invincible. These weaknesses are closely guarded, however, and he puts a titanic amount of effort into protecting himself against their exploitation.
  

  • Sunlight: This is, of course, the big one. Direct sunlight will make very short work of Raymond - burning him severely to the extent that within a minute or less, he'll be quite literally a pile of ash. Raymond can be active during the day, but must be far removed from any sunlight whatsoever. It is not easy for him to maintain consciousness during daylight hours, however, and it is a difficult matter for him to go about any complex tasks. To protect himself, Raymond is rarely anywhere remotely accessible to sunlight during the day.
    The threat posed by sunlight isn't simply the immediate physical worry, either. Being unable to travel out in the day leaves Ray essentially blinded between each night. He has all manner of safeguards and people in place to carry on his work, but his inability to personally supervise matters between dawn and dusk creates a certain vulnerability in his affairs.
  • Fire: While not as immediately devastating to him as sunlight, fire will damage Raymond badly and quickly. Fire causes him intense pain wherever it strikes and will destroy the parts of him it touches in a hurry, leaving damage considerably more significant than it would on a normal individual. In addition, Raymond has a much harder time healing wounds inflicted by fire.
  • Secrecy: Despite having a host of impressive powers, Raymond is determined to keep his true nature something of a secret. Beyond that, he knows that the element of surprise is ruined whenever he reveals an ability - leaving him more vulnerable down the road. Because of all this, he is sometimes reluctant to unleash his power and thus hamstrings himself.
  • Blood: Blood in large quantities can sometimes be hard to find. Blood doesn't just keep Raymond alive, but it fuels his powers and is burned away quickly if he is particularly active or chooses to feed his own blood to others.

  
  
  
  
  
  
  Abilities: Raymond is simply a very powerful creature. Please be aware that I will not godmode or powergame all over you. I specifically keep him out of combat situations, and will never attempt to 'call hits' or otherwise bulldoze the RP!

  • Charisma: Beyond simply charming and dashing, Raymond's ability to 'work the room' is literally supernatural. When he chooses to, he can amplify the power of his presence to incredible levels. His gaze can start as simply beckoning and grow to become utterly paralyzing. He can amplify how handsome he is, how striking his voice sounds, and influence the minds and perceptions of those around him in such ways that they find themselves desperately wanting his attention and approval.
  • Brainwashing: Once he has established contact with someone, Raymond can get into their very minds. It can be as simple as them hearing his voice or making eye contact, and needs not even be in private. Depending on the mental faculties and willpower of his target, he can have minor to major success. An example of something small would be lightly altering their view of him to a favorable one; whereas in extreme cases he can fabricate or remove memories, insert 'sleeper commands', and even change their personality.
  • Durability: It takes a lot to really hurt Raymond. If an injury wouldn't be fatal to a normal man, it's likely he'd be able to shrug it off with ease. He heals very quickly and can consciously focus his blood to heal at ludicrous speeds - even regrowing entirely lost limbs in a span of hours if he has sufficient blood at hand.
  • Speed/Strength: With sufficient blood put into the effort, Raymond is capable of unbelievable speeds and titanic strength.
  • Shadowplay: Not simply a creature of darkness, Raymond is all but a part of it. He can melt into shadows and vanish altogether, or even travel from one place to another by stepping through the shadows.
