Race: Phoenix Fae
Height: 5’8”
Eyes: Appears black, but upon closer examination it’s a deep midnight blue and sometimes appears to shimmer like reflecting water. This coloration at times can bleed past the iris and onto the sclera.
Hair: Long, straight, black that shimmers with hues of blues, purples, and greens.
Alternate forms: Red Crown Crane and ice/water phoenix.
Wings: They appear to look like the wings of a bird, but the coloration of the feathers are shimmery, holographic, and pearlescent. The longer feathers of the wings are translucent in the way that insect wings are. They're a touch tricky to fold and hide under clothing, but it is possible with some work. Sometimes they're hidden and instead can be found as magical glyphic markings on her back in shifting hues of blues and greens.

The lissome lady is far lighter than she appears to be, her bones hollow like that of a bird. Despite her delicate features, and skin that appears as pale and fragile as rice paper, she is sturdy of build - not easily shoved around. Lian’s body moves with a flowing grace, weaving and shifting to where she desires like the slow flow of waters. At first glance it appears that she could pass as a human, but she holds something more in her body and movements that doesn’t make that description quite right. Her skin is naturally cool to the touch no matter the temperature of the environments. She seems comfortable no matter if she's in heat or cold, though she prefers to be in cooler climates and dislikes being in extreme heat.

When she smiles wide, it shows a mouth full of sharp needle-like teeth. While it might seem frightening and dangerous to some, it doesn't seem all that threatening due to the way she carries herself. Like a bird with a long beak, the teeth are just a part of who she is and what she needs to survive. This is usually hidden with glamour, but those who can see past it will not see a mouth filled with normal human-like teeth.

Lian's voice is lilting, sing-songish in nature, and holding musical melodies of happiness even if her facial expressions might not match the same sentiments. Sometimes she refers to herself in third person and attaches "the" before someone's name as if it were a title of most distinguishing honor. Her energy can be rapid and fast as a rushing river about to overflow its banks, or it can be still and quiet as an undisturbed pond in the middle of woodlands.

Upon her figure, she prefers to dress in clothing that is loose, flowing, or sometimes lengths of cloth that is simply wrapped around her figure. Some would tell her that the latter is not clothing, but good luck convincing her of that. If you want to get on her good side, a gift is not something that would be turned down. Her favorite things that she cherishes most are wooden puzzle cubes with pictures engraved on its surface so you have to twist and turn it to see what it forms. She also likes gifts and sweets.

Occupation: Lian works as someone who is sort of a nudge for people to partake in the offered intoxicants, which is just a fancy way of saying she's a bar maiden.

Magic Abilities: Like the waters of a flowing stream, it manipulates and shifts light to give the illusions of things that aren’t really there. Lian’s abilities lies in illusions that come from her ability to manipulate light and how the eyes of others perceive things. It's a lesser known fact that she can also manipulate sounds. The fey can make it sound like her voice is coming from a place where she's not, but it has to be within the same general vicinity where she's located. As an example, she cannot be in one room and make her voice suddenly sound out in another room that's out of sight, or from an entirely different building. She can amplify noises to make them louder to the point of nearly deafening and she can also dampen noise to the point of it being inaudible or barely audible even to the most sensitive of ears. There was a time where she removed all sounds from a room once, but she has not been able to replicate this to its full extent again. She knows a few healing spells (that might actually hurt worse than the initial injury), but for them to be used on someone, it will come at a price they must pay to her. With self-study, she is still learning to expand her magical abilities.

Physical Abilities: It's not something that comes to light often, but usually after one conversation, Lian is able to perfectly mimic a person's voice down to their accent, speech patterns, and even vocal tics if there are any. This ability also includes foreign languages...and while she might not understand what she's saying, she can parrot the phrases with enough confidence that it's as if the original person who said it was still speaking. Despite having some abilities to physically fight with short bladed weapons that can easily be hidden in her clothing, she detests it and thinks of it as something vile. It's only a last resort measure, only if her life is threatened beyond all over escape, that she will use her knowledge in how to wield weaponry to save herself. Other than that, she will bite the fuck out of someone and use her needle-sharp teeth to remove chunks of flesh from someone if they get too handsy with her to the point where she feels threated.
