Backstory
Content Warning:Abuse.
Bonnie Lilian McAlister was born 25 years ago to her parents Cadence McAlister and Fredrick McAlister in upstate New Hampshire. Her childhood was a fairly average Christian bred childhood in a suburban area. She was raised to dress 'proper', sit talk and act 'like a lady', premarital sex a no go, anything kinky was something she was shielded from, romance novels were combed through and sex scenes were scribbled out, entire pages ripped out. She was punished for 'sin', and learned to pray for forgiveness almost every single night. She was not allowed to be attracted to boys and girls.
Yet...for a time she was happy despite this. It was all she knew. So she went to school, church, home, and events for the church. She did her homework, crossed her legs, limited her interaction with boys, prayed before every meal, before bed and in the morning. She had sleep overs with her friends, played, read books and went about her life as she knew it.
Unforunately, another 'normal' for Bonnie, was further abuse from her father.
When she started to fight back, and no longer go along with her fathers visits he grew...angry. Told her she would go to hell, she would burn for not doing what he said- but Bonnie still refused, though she believed what he said, it made her feel even worse.
Somehow she made it to 18, and got out of there. Leaving her parents behind. Forever stuck with the memory of the things that had happened to her.
She found her own way in anotjet state, college then a job at as a receptionist, an apartment, a church where she could find refuge. A support group for current and former Christians who suffered child abuse and sexual assault.Unfortunately over several years she started to grow uncertain of her faith, frustrated with...rules, the concept of sin. This only makes her want to try and 'do better' because that part of her that believes she has to, needs to, is still very strong.
On the same hand, she has never been in a sexual relationship with any boyfriends, she's had several, but things fell apart at one point or another. She secretly craves the things she now reads in books, sex, pleasure, control. A curiosity for BDSM, especially the DS. She doesn't want to marry a man like her father, or a man whose only position in bed is missionary, and who believes her worth is to have children. While she does want to have children, she craves something different, passionate, pleasurable, wonderful, along side the typical marriage and family. She wants a man who can give all that to her. Or perhaps a woman. She's still in denial about some things.
