  Background/info:
  Born into a very tightly knit family, Kanda quiet, but loved. From the first time he was able, he trained with his father and brother. They learned hand to hand, weapons training, and they also trained in their beastial forms. His family was the head of their 'pack', his father the leader that had taken over when leader before him died. With his father being the General, Kanda worked as hard as he could, looking up to his father and brother and wanting to be just like them.
  
  Once his father was gone, Jagger had become General, Kanda following behind him, becoming the First Captain as well as taking on the title and job of Kings Guard. He was chosen for the job for his strength and loyalty and became one of the most trusted people around the royal family. Once in this position was when during a meeting he met his wife, Akemi, who had become the Grand Priestess.
  
  Kanda lived a a calm life by the side of the kirins. The only time that there was any form of hardship was when his mother died, but the man had his brother and wife to get him through it.
  
  It was when he was 541 that his life turned upside down. As the kingdom fell, his wife killed, the hound escaped with the kirin princess, fleeing the land. Everything he had grown to know had disappeared in a single morning. The last of his family gone, his pregnant wife dead, all he had was the princess. He grew to see her as a daughter, protecting her with all he could, trying to keep her from harm.
  
  Living on the run, always moving, never settling down, this went on for 215 years, all until now. Now, both him and Yuki have stopped for once. Settled in a decently sized house, the hound still watches over her, though when he can, he is running any and all jobs he can find for money. Always staying alert, he continues to stay trained and always tries to watch out for the young girl.
