  A veteran magical girl that materializes swords and knives. She’s skilled at both throwing them or close combat. Preferences include European style weaponry, especially a French Sabre as her main close range choice. She's not to fond of Eastern styles, partly because she isn't skilled in their use, however does admire their beauty.
  
  She’s in possession of a stopwatch that allows her to stop, accelerate, and rewind time. She’s connected with it. However, since the stopwatch is actually her friend trapped inside the device and it uses Chloe’s own magical energy, it vastly drains her. ....At least she can communicate with her friend, sort of.
  
  To her magic is special, that being each time you cast magic you must make a “small wish” inside your heart. While the knowledge might be known the “wish” and imagination grows weaker with age. .....Maybe she’s a bit childish because of that
  
  As a Magical Girl, she has superhuman physical strength, agility, and endurance. She does not suffer from diseases or toxins, and man-made weapons are mostly ineffective. While transformed she won't suffer from hunger, thirst, or sleep but can gain strength back quicker by eating and resting. Most wounds sustained can be healed, her costume sharing this effect. Most of Chloe's magical abilities come while transformed but still has limited access while de-transformed.
  
  In accordance with Magical Law, the material realm must remain largely unknown to the magical. Thus, she, along with other Magical Girls, possess a passive trait that masks their true appearance called Information Erasure. It masks their true appearance, even if a friend where to recognize they look similar, leaving only a faint recollection of the situation and event that took place. Any picture taken will always be blurry.
