Gaberiel "Gabe" De Luca was not born to a life of luxury. He was born to a family on the run. What they were running from and why was never told to him. He was simply informed they had to keep running or else the bad men would catch up to them. They kept on the run like this for his whole life, never settling for longer than a few weeks in any given place and never making friends. One day; however, the past would catch up to them in their cabin in the woods. Gabe was only eight at the time and made to hide under the floor boards, forced to listen to the cries of his parents as they were murdered right above him. The feline couldn't move, couldn't barely breathe and could only force himself out after night had fallen. He had no time to grieve his family, he could only do what his father instructed him to. 'Go, pack only what you need and run. Follow the brightest star in the sky, it will lead you to safety.'. He never questioned the words, he simply followed them. This night was the night he learned to love the night, the sky and especially the stars. He followed the brightest one just as he had been told until he found a town. With nothing to his name, he found himself doing labor for the inn, giving him a place to stay and food to eat. He made friends with exactly one other person, likely because they were similar enough to stand one anothers' presence. Despite settling into the town, Gabe always wished for more, to travel into the skies and visit the stars. Such was a dream though, at least until he set eyes on The Sunbird. Once he did, his path was rewritten, he would do all he could to get on that ship. Five years ago he did just that, dragging Willie along with him. The man learned more about the sky and the stars than he ever imagined and only continued to learn, while fulfilling the role of navigator.

Personality Assessment
There was something to be said about a living a life on the run and hearing your parents murdered at the young age of eight. There are those who would've taken that trauma and turned it around, wore a mask of joy to hide the pain. There are those who would've turned it into anger and resentment, hell-bent on revenge. Then; there is Gabe, who turned it into callous aloofness. The feline is not anti-social by any means, he simply is not the type to go out of his way to make friends. He can manage social interactions to a minimum degree and he does care for people, even if he has a hard time showing it. Those who manage to get into his inner circle are shown a side to him that is vulerable and kind. He is loyal to those who deserve it, though believes that loyalty goes both ways. He will be the first to turn his back on a person who betrays him or The Sunbird. He does not give second chances easily, if ever.
Clothing
Usually seen in leather boots, slacks and a button up shirt; the feline exuded classiness in all ways. A key generally rested about his neck, used for unlocking specific rooms, not that he'd tell which. Often times he is seen with string or leather tied loosely around one wrist or the other. These are used to help him remember things, but often he forgets why he put them there. If asked he will generally look at you perplexed and ask why you aren't wearing one.
