Personality: The Madam is outwardly a very serious and stoic woman. She rarely smiles and even more rarely laughs. Don't be fooled though. She isn't without a sense of humor. Quite the opposite, in fact. Her humor, however, is drier than the Sahara and sharper than the sting of a wasp. Her expression rarely changes, but that doesn't mean she doesn't feel emotions any less deeply. They simply simmer just beneath the surface.
