What better place to find solitude and security than in the Hollywood Hills? The neighbourhoods are gated, the privacy of the rich and famous guarded with something bordering on fanaticism.

On the outside, it's much like any other overpriced home in the area: all clean, contemporary angles. Inside, however, is another matter entirely. There is something here that shouldn't be

The flesh and bone woven into the furniture and walls shows no signs of rot. The distraction of buzzing flies simply wouldn't do for a place of inquiry and contemplation. Instead, the Fiend's demesne is a healthy, living organism. The walls have the look of an ossuary cathedral, albeit with a scrim of flesh stretched over the bone. Fresh blood pours from open mouths to pool in basins shaped from cupped, skeletal hands, absorbed back into fresh, pink skin before it can clot or grow rancid. The tang of iron is heavy on the air, and the whole house seems to breathe. It more than likely does.

There's a strange beauty to the grotesquerie; a nightmare crafted by a Master's careful hand. The bleeding edge of modern architecture meets the archaic in a manner both sublime and obscene, in this place. Enter with caution.
