Description

Shorter than usual he stands only 5ft 10. He is well defined in muscle and yet slender. He has shorter hair that spikes if he takes off his black top hat. His top hat has a band of gears and two long black feathers on one side. He wears a Victorian style black long jacket with a white shirt and a black vest with gold colored watches all over it. His whole outfit is well tailored right down to his black slacks and riding boots. He walks with a cane made out of small gears and topped with a watch. His outfit has hundreds of pockets that each holds a pocket watch with a chain. Each watch is actually the key to a dragon home that he checks in on daily.
