Her skin a deep, blood-red tone. Wildly curly, messy dark auburn hair styled into a small mohawk fit between two black, ribbed horns atop her head. The mohawk ends just below the base of the back of her neck. Along her hairline, thick devil horns curl upwards and along the shorn-short sides of her head. Stacked gold rings adorn an inch past the tips of her horns. Fiery, amber-colored irises surrounded by black scleras, the irises encircled by an electronic glowing yellow ring of light. Long pointed elf ears, the left ear pierced with gold cuffs along the bottom edge of the ears. Her mouth curled up wide into an aberrant smile, revealing sharp gold canines amid a row of white teeth. Her right cheek ripped open and stretched out with burn scars, extending from the right corner of her mouth to her right ear to reveal her molars, pink-red gums, red facial muscle and pink sinew. Peeking out from her lower back is a small impish red tail that flicks left and right. Fingertips turned into long, sharp demon claws with black tips ombre fading into her red skin, fingers covered in intricate maze-like patterns filled with dark red blood. The right pinkie finger is adorned with a signet ring made of a gold band and a round garnet gem in the center.
Wearing a tight-fitting mustard yellow bralette holding up her perky and large chest. A puffy, thick PVC black jacket with orange inner lining, golden buttons, orange straps and gold straps loosely hanging from the sleeves. Right shoulder of the jacket has a gold paldron adorned with gold metal spikes dripping with blood. Wearing black denim shorts ripped at the hems like underwear, beltline strapped with a leather belt adorned with stunted gold spikes. Burned skin brand on the left side of her chest above her breast, in the shape of an anatomically correct heart with a chunk bitten out of it, the words ‘Eat Ur Heart Out’ written in cursive below the brand. Tall, shiny black metallic cybernetic legs ending at mid-thigh, the feet standing ballerina-style in rounded tips.
Carries a neon-pink school backpack over her shoulders, the backpack covered in stitched patches of cartoonish art depicting acts of violence and flames. The backpack is open with various colorful drug vials, clear plastic bags filled with white and orange powders, and loose bullets of ammo spilling out.

Seph’s fiery presence made her seem larger than life. Her wildly curly, tawny hair was cut into a small mohawk that fit between her two horns atop her head. Along her hairline, thick devil horns had begun to extend upwards over her head and have begun to curl around the shaved sides. The horns had begun to turn shade a dark blood red, extending down past the base and creeping over her forehead before fading out into a normal ashen grey across her skin. At the curled tip of her horns, she had slid on gold stacking bands to add more bling to her look. Her honey-colored eyes, which were now surrounded by blood-red scleras, flickered softly within their sockets as an aberrant smile stretched across her lips. The extended smile revealing extended canines that gave her a more animalistic look. The raiderette also had pierced those mutated elf ears, a long golden dragon weaving in and out the edges of her cartilages. Seph typically wore tight-fitting clothing that rarely covered her midriff, more often than just forgoing a shirt entirely and instead sporting different colored bras that showed off her perky and large chest. Peeking out from her lower back was a long tail, similarly faded to the small of her back in blood-red like her horns, that swished and moved about depending on her current mood. On cooler, rainy days she is often spotted with an oversized puffer jacket. When removed, her ashen grey skin reveals an intricate tattoo of a dragon was flying up her back, the wings stretched out over her shoulder blades while it shot flames up her neck and into her fiery hair. Each side of her shoulder also held a tarot card design, one being a hooded reaper with a happy face labeled 'Grinning Reaper' while the other was of a grinning woman dressed in bloody jester clothing labeled 'Smiling Psycho'. Branded directly on her skin against her chest is an anatomically correct heart with a bite mark out of it with the words 'Eat Your Heart Out' written in the empty space. Bare, uncovered hands revealed that they were tattooed as well, with anatomical correct skeletal bones extending from her wrist to her fingertips that had turned into long and sharp demon claws which have also been tinted the same deep blood red as her horns and tail. One of the pinkie fingers had a garnet signet ring placed on it. Her feet are adorned in black, shiny leather thigh-high boots, the 6in heels styled in a fleur-like shape. On her back, she carries a pink cartoon school backpack, which is filled with various items, ammo, and drugs.

[Temporary] Feral Aspect: Hellfire - After months of constantly huffing down Feral, her long-term Feral use has further transformed her Imp biology. When double-dosing a hit of Feral within a certain time period, her END stat is uncapped and she can reach above her natural limits (+4 to END). As the heat of the flames lick her skin, the sweat she produces forms a protective layer of insulation that keeps her from being cooked alive. Her Imp form also grows more demonic-looking, instilling fear into those who witness it (+5 to Fear). When the drug wears off, she has a heavy stats debuff and must make an END roll to stay conscious.

Flaws and Perks

Perks:
Pyromaniac - Has more knowledge on incendiary tools, chemicals, and other flammable substances. Regardless of the type of weapon and training required to wield it, her synergy with flame allows her to swiftly pick up a weapon and know the best way to use it. [+10 to rolls when using a thermal/incendiary weapon] She also will not panic when caught on fire, burned, or faced with extreme heat.

Masochism - Unable to fear pain and, most of the time, enjoys the pleasurable sensation it brings. Has a much higher pain threshold than most people, allowing her to ignore most injuries and push through the pain to achieve her goals. [The first damage hit in combat nets +1 Agility, the next hit nets +1 Endurance. The third and final will increase damage onto enemies dependent on pain taken in. Any rounds ended without taking in damage ends the streak.] The threshold to stun or daze is raised higher against her. [+5 to Stun Threshold]

Jury Rigging - With on-the-fly improvisation and extensive knowledge of her own weaponry, she is able to extract mechanical parts from other tech to craft together entirely new unique weapons, or weapon attachments for her current artillery. Flaws:
Violently Bipolar - Mood can change at the drop of a hat. One minute she's your best friend, the next she's coldly selling you out for caps. Her personality changes can make her hard to pin down at times, and often will cause problems in most diplomatic conversations and any sort of relationship she develops with others. Pleasure Junkie - Easily addicted to all forms of drugs, alcohol, etc, often times drinking and drugging herself into excess. Her obsession with her next high may lead her to take extreme acts of crime and violence to achieve it. Refuses to share any type of drugs she may acquire and is willing to steal drugs from others without question, regardless if it is with friends or foes.

Masochism - Will rush headlong into any and all dangerous situations without care of injury or death, searching for the thrill of pain. She does not know when to stop and often pushes her body to its limit, oftentimes leaving her more bloody, bruised, and broken than the rest of her teammates.

Growing Insanity - Whether the result of her upbringing, her genetics, or the insane amount of drugs pumping into her system, her mind continues to break apart into more violent pieces. She is often seen talking to herself or to no one around her, her leaps in logic dive further from reality, and she's less in control of her impulses and flitting emotions. Much like a fire left uncontrolled, she burns up everything and everyone in the process of her self-destruction.

With a simple rearing back of her head, she can build up enough speed and force to smash into a person's face, breaking their features. This has an increased chance to stun or knockout an opponent on the spot while increasing their chance for serious injury. [-5 to enemy stun threshold and injuries]

Cauterize -
When BLEED effect is present, she can use her own flames to cauterize her wounds to stop the bleeding. She can also turn around and apply her flames to an opponent's wounds, increasing the damage level for that existing injury. [1d4/1d8+]
