  • Betty looks as if she had been dropped into the Wastelands straight from the Pre-War Era.
    Golden blonde locks perfectly frame her cheery face in thick curls, falling down to just past her shoulders. Those bright baby blues look at everyone with patience and compassion, only accentuated more by her soft and rosy cheeks. She only puts on the most minimal amount of makeup, but she always makes sure it is properly set no matter the occasion.
    She wears a variety of Pre-War clothing she has gathered throughout her travels, from button-down blouses to swing dresses to cigarette pants. Living in Unity City has helped her to expand her fashion to include 70-80's styled, cyberpunk-leaning attire. As if her frozen time-period was very slowly, gradually ticking again. But her most commonly worn outfit when traveling outside of the city is her old Vault "jumpsuit". The suit is styled rather differently than the typical jumpsuits other Vault-dwellers owned, looking to match the Pre-War aesthetic the woman seemed happy to represent. First was the blue sleeveless blouse, with the number 50 sewn in yellow on the back, buttoned snuggly over her voluptuous curves and tucked smartly into her matching blue swing skirt that ended just below her knees. The hem of the skirt is lined in a thick vault-yellow stripe matching the yellow cinch belt clipped around her small waist. Long, stockinged legs extend down from the skirt ending in a pair of black, lace-up oxfords that looked to be modified with steel-toe tips. Slipped on her dainty hands are a pair of bright yellow gloves just below her wrists. Attached tightly to her left forearm is the standard pip-boy nearly every Vault-dweller owns, however, this one had been thinned and modernized, allowing her the combined capabilities of both a standard pip-boy and a touchscreen cellphone. Hanging from the crook of the same elbow is a large black handbag. Everything is perfectly pressed of creases, showing just how hard the woman worked to keep herself immaculate in the Wastelands.

    Though not always, Betty is seen carrying a large brown luggage case holding what is assumed to be her entire wardrobe and other assorted knickknacks.
    During the colder months, she is seen wearing a full fur coat and matching fur cap, both of which have been outfitted with armor and a layer of thermal fabric to help protect against the cold.
    During the summer and heat, she often wears a wide-brim sunhat with a bow in the matching vault-colors wrapped around it.

She has an increased libido, to which her body will instinctively react in different ways to attract those who find her sexually appealing. The pheromones she produces grow stronger as her skin grows soft and fair (+2 CHA), her internal organs will shift to protect herself during intense sessions (+1 END), and her muscles will increase in strength and minute control (+1 STR).

    Perks:
    Jill of All Trades - Can use any weapon with competence but is unable to truly master any. Most of the time, she can pick up any weapon and, with little time or instruction, knows how to properly swing, fire, and use the weapon successfully in combat. [Weapons in her permanent inventory are automatically skilled at Expert level. All other picked-up weapons are skilled at Proficient level until learned.]

    Stunner - Her looks can physically stun enemies from taking action for a full turn. They have to beat her Charisma roll to resist the effect.

    Flaws:
    Overly Trusting - Will always try to see the good in others, even when there is none. Tends to sympathize with stories that 'tug at her heartstrings'. Often this may lead to her being tricked or used for someone else's benefit by those with a higher intelligence and lesser morals. (INT 5 or higher)

    Good-Natured - Does not willingly perform evil acts or participate in evil jobs. Often does things out of kindness and respect for others without any expectation of getting something in return. Chooses not to curse and (although still trying to get used to it) gets annoyed when others curse pointlessly around her. In a city full of sin, this is often a detriment to first impressions with certain groups, or restrict access to certain jobs and missions.

    Teetotaler - Will not drink in excess or do any drugs/chems outside of minimal medical needs. This includes any stimulants, depressants, enhancers, recreational drugs, and anything that can become highly addictive quickly.

    Nymphomaniac - Excessive sexual desire. Despite her prude-like and motherly nature, she needs sex nearly constantly. This may lead to a strange openness of the topic in conversation, along with a willingness to agree to certain sexual proposals that others may oppose. Sex toys help to stave off desires for extended periods.

    Bloody Mess - For some reason, characters and creatures she kills will often explode into a red, gut-ridden, eyeball-strewn paste. Fun! [1d2 for every killing blow]
