Emvor and Syvnyth

Syvnyth is a sapphire blue dragon with bone-white talons and spikes on her neck, back, and tail. She has two serrated fangs that jut out of her upper jaw onto her bottom lip slightly, as well as with all dragons, has white, sharp, knife-like, meat-shearing teeth. Her head is roughly triangular and she also possesses four cheek spines, slightly curved horns and forehead spines between her horns.

Her body stature could be inferred as very aerodynamic and built for flying, she is a dragon very skilled at flying and naturally suited to the sky. Despite her young age she is one of the strongest dragons ever seen.

Though Syvnyth is young, she is very wise and often comforts and guides Emvor, as well as sometimes others, when they are upset or need advice. Syvnyth is very proud and will never bow to anyone. Syvnyth is quite vain, thinking herself to be one of the most beautiful and magnificent creatures in the world.

Syvnyth will not hesitate to give people her blunt opinion and will even threaten kings, other dragons, and anyone or thing that dare to challenge her and her rider. She often threatens if anyone tried to kill Emvor, she'd destroy everything around them and tear them all apart. Syvnyth also enjoys fighting, but claims that it is a good thing that Emvor doesn't share her taste of fighting, as they balance each other out. In battle she is ferocious and Emvor often tells her he is very glad they are not enemies.

As Emvor's dragon, Syvnyth has a deep emotional bond with him. As such, she will do anything to keep him alive. As a result, she goes with him in most ventures, though not always agreeing with them. Her main goal is to keep Emvor safe, even stating that should Emvor be captured, she would go so far as to give herself up just to save him. She is very protective of him and always looks out for his needs. In addition, Syvnyth's bond to Emvor is so strong that it goes to the point where sometimes Emvor and Syvnyth consider themselves as not as two beings, but one. Syvnyth often calls her rider "little one" to show affection.

Syvnyth and Emvor's bond is nearly developed to point where they are able to finish the others' sentences and to be able to anticipate what each other would say. Most of the time they do this without even realizing it.

Super Strength – Syvnyth has increased strength.
Super Durability – Syvnyth is covered in scales, that make her highly resistant to injury.
Fire/Ice Breathing – A common ability that many dragons display is the ability to breath fire. This can be because of magic or glands within their mouths.
Flight – Syvnyth can fly with her wings.
Magic – Syvnyth gives Emvor the ability to use and learn magic.
Immortality – Her dragon blood grants her and Emvor longevity. Emvor ages slower than that of a normal human.

Wings – Most Western-style dragons have a set of wings.
Fangs – Dragons are fearsome and a toothy smile makes them all the more intimidating.
Claws – Dragons have claws to catch their prey.
Tail – Most dragons have tails which help’s their balance and can be used as a weapon.
Horns – Hey, what’s a dragon with no horns.
Scales – Since most dragons are depicted as reptilian, it’s only natural that we see them with scales.
Humanoid – Some versions of dragons can take the shape and form of a human.
Eyes – Dragons have eyes just like any other creatures though some might not have any or have multiple sets. Of course, there are the differing colors.
Fur/Hair – Some dragons have fur.

Mortality – Can be slain or if Emvor dies, she dies too.
Obsidian – A dark material capable of penetrating dragon armor.
Life Cycle – Dragons have a life cycle like any other creatures. Some dragons can live 100 years. Some 1,500 years. Some even can live 10,000. But in the end, age catches up with us all.
