John Bartholomew, son of Archibald Bartholomew, is a trader by profession, going from village to village, town to town and city to city, he procures trinkets and valuables for sale, preferably for small sums and then sell for a profit. Famously known as the Blues Merchant, John prefers to travel alone rather than a caravan, because he detests the payment fees that Caravans ask.
