  • Description

    A runt to her kind at a whole five foot from ground to crown, those big red ears of hers giving the impression of a few extra inches. Delicate looking in nature with her small build though the little feline had some curves to make up for her short stature in life. Creamy fur was soft as can be, bleeding into red at all the points it seemed. Plush around cheeks and of course that thick and glorious tail. Even that head of snow white hair was tipped in red. Nothing stood out more then those bright turquoise eyes though, big and captivating as she seemed to watch everything around her.

    • Height: five foot even at the top of head (not counting ears)
    • Weight: pretty light..
    • Complexion: Soft creamy colored fur with bright red markings on ears eyes nose tail tip and each of her limbs
    • Hair: Snow white to her waist in layers, the tips all red.
    • Eyes: A bright turquoise that shines like a gemstone
    • Handedness: Seems to use both.
    • Scars: None visible. some under fur. RP to find out.
    • Mais master has this thing for portals.. she's not a big fan

    Personality traits

    Mais personality alters depending on those she interacts with what ever her real personality is like is hard to say for sure as she always seems to be putting on an act for others. Often sporting a bubbly friendly and cheery manner in public wearing delicate and sweet little dresses all to play up on her 'cute' appearance for others. It makes her seem far less intelligent then she is as she gathers detail and information on her surroundings or mark. This also allows her to mingle with many quite easily without suspicion

    Conditions

    Mai has suffered serious physical and mental trauma. A result in some of her memory loss, She also suffers from night terrors and repressed memories that can at times be triggered with her surroundings. these episodes cause her to zone out as she gets lost in the memory and overwhelmed with pain, usually seen gripping the back of her head as a migraine often kicks in. Sometimes leading to nosebleeds and falling unconscious. and in rare cases a seizures.

    Insomnia also plagues the feline and she will spend her hours working or roaming around rather then catching up on beauty sleep, when she does sleep she often ends up suffering night terrors, at times fatigue will catch up with her making her quite lethargic till eventually she can not fight the sleep and is forced to do so.

    Emotional detachment Mai is all smiles and grins and can seem quite expressive at times but it's all an Act. The feline has a sever lack of emotion in truth, not void of but very little real emotion. As a result Mai has trouble forming actual meaningful bonds with other, she is able to keep calm in dire situations and has a full lack of fear that allows her to dive head on into danger as if she's looking for that spark of emotion to emerge, this can lead to her becoming a bit careless in dangerous situations.

    Slave status is unknown by the public, Mai does NOT wear a collar but has a rune marking on her tongue making it hard to find any signs she is in fact a "slave" unless your char has been informed otherwise. Knowing she is a slave is thus OOC knowledge unless otherwise agreed upon and should not be used IC.

    HQKHpO9.pngSpy - Mai is small and looks for the most part innocent or inconspicuous and she will use this to her advantage as she listens in on conversations. sneaking around to gather info or watch particulars of interest she can even read lips and has a knack for blending in to her surroundings, even known to pose as a house slave to get around without being given a second thought. Even seducing another to get info or snoop while they rest, there is no limit to where the feline will take herself to get what she wants or needs.

    Assassin - Her time away from the island was not a vacation. After situations leading to memory loss Mai was taken in and trained for several years, and while she could always use more training the tiny feline is a skilled killer, small and fast and able to slip into areas one wouldn't guess. Trained in small weapon use which aids in being discreet. Often has some sort of deadly weapon on hand somewhere..

    Artist - The kitten can draw and paint and often times does so in public even offers up portraits which at times has provided a good cover. also handy for mapping out areas and routes she's surveyed for later jobs.

    Silver tongue - weaving lies and truth is a delicate art form or so she claims, quick on her feet she can often times spin a lie to get herself out of trouble if need be.

    Communication - Mai can read and write in many languages, far more then she lets on. in fact she might even pretend not to know some she does if only to play stupid so others let their guard down.

    Slave - As a slave Mai will boast all sorts of skills. depending on what the person of interest is seeking such as , cleaning, grooming and bathing, massage, book keeping, medical aid, gardening, dance, music (she plays a few instruments) combat, feral care, weapons and armor handling and care, Alchemy, and even pleasure though she avoids it all where she can

    Assassins - Mai was taken in and reprogramed as a spy and assassin by a group. With her return to the tether and falling under Hars collar she is deemed a "Loose end" and has a mark on her head. feel like being someone that tries to claim the contract on her? let me know.

    I spy - Mai is a spy, not that its obvious but the feline is always watching and listening, she will even take jobs or pretend to be a slave to get to places she needs to gather info. She needs to get all the dirt on folks so if you want her to overhear a conversation or have some plot for her to weasel in on please do give me a shout!

    Connections - Out to shake all the hands, she is making it a mission to know just about everyone's name on the island, feel free to say hi

    Violence and chaos - Oh yes please, give her some situations to sweat about. A little pain is humbling and she will recover surely. Mess with her head its already missing memories, torture, whatever, bring it!!

    DEATH! - Need someone killed or have a char you want killed off in a way people will notice to stir up some trouble.. lets plot ;)

    Doctor! - Mai has some issues... physical and mental and should probably get help for some of them. she needs someone to help treat her head trauma issues and migraines mainly, someone she can be brought to when she has a pass out episode, as well as someone that can help her bring out lost memories (these trigger the blackouts)

    The past - Mai forgets a lot from her time in the tether many years ago. Want to be an old face she forgot but has a problem with? or an old pal she sadly can't recall. i'm totally down to plot around this concept. Mai made enemies by being mouthy, stealing or just outright pissing others off with her defiant attitude, enough so that ONE decided to nearly beat her to death... so come at me! lets plot and work your char into her life.
