When it comes to the matter of romance or any kind of "wooing", Viktor is the perfect representation of what a teenager trapped in a man's body would look like. As a wise man once said; the problem is - God gave men a brain and penis, and only enough blood to run one at a time. As soon as a pretty woman comes onto the scene, all intelligence seems to disappear and he reverts to his horny teenager ways. That's not to say he isn't capable of meaningful relationships. He can be very sweet when he wants to be. But he needs to get over the boner hurdle first and let the initial fun wear off.

Where sex is concerned, Viktor also tends to speak before he thinks, which can result in some very stupid post-coital comments or get him in some very big trouble where he has to grovel for days to earn forgiveness.

Due to his dangerous line of work, Viktor doesn't often involve himself with a woman when it comes to serious relationships. There are a lot of people who wish to destroy everything he holds dear, which is why his father and sister have constant watches over them. Because of the lifestyle he lives, he has convinced himself he will not settle down into a "normal" life and have a family. While that won't stop him from having flings with women he finds attractive, it does make him hesitant to actually open his heart to someone, in his mind it's just too risky.

On the rare occasion where Viktor has been in a relationship, he is a very devoted partner who has never cheated but does tend to get jealous rather quickly. Due to his cold nature and tendancy to lean towards a more hostile approach, getting affection out of him is quite the challenge, so women who demand attention on a frequent basis soon discover that's not going to happen with him. He can't deal with that kind of person.
