Arailt Criatharach Rubiter

The pain that came from the awakening was the only thing that managed to override the pain due to Arailt's life-threatening wounds. Even to this day, Arailt can sometimes still taste the addictive flavor of Countess's blood upon his tongue.

Arailt proved to be a real challenge for the clan to control after his awakening, as it seemed to heighten his personality traits to dangerous levels. The newborn was controlled by his lust for blood, draining the entire moor of bodies in less than an hour. And that didn't even seem to quench his thirst!

Torres would often have to use his brute strength to subdue Arailt and eventually, the clan had to resort to making a muzzle for Arailt to wear while he got his bloodlust under control. To this day, Arailt is barely hanging onto the control he has, which was why Marius was so protective over Niklaus when he brought the boy back to their house. Arailt generally sticks to drinking from blood bags, as feeding fang to vein would make him lose control.

He remains inseparable with Ringean, despite the annoying trait his brother exhibits as acting likr Arailt's father on occasion. Arailt is bi-sexual, preferring women to men, while his twin perfers men to women. Still, they do share their lovers with each other anx have been in many relationships over the years, but none of them have been lasting. Arailt often takes Marius, Torres or Countess as a lover for the night, often dragging Ringean in as well.

Arailt is an exotic dancer at the club, Vivid Images, and is a favorite amongst men and women. He often indulges in taking a few of his fans to his bed for a night or two. So far, nobody has complained about being shared between the brother's and they often come back for that purpose alone!

Like Ringean, Arailt still trains almost everyday in the ways of the Pictish warriors, to the point of doning the intricate body paint that the Picts were known for. Like his life before the clan, Arailt never backs down from a challenge and is very prideful.
