Edward Willsbury was the second born of the Willsbury family. Majority of his life has been build around the fact that his parents had his older brother Darcy, and after that decided they had the perfect child and didn't really need anyone else. But another child they got, and that child was Edward. He didn't per say grow up neglected or someone who felt like his parents didn't love him, it was never anything like that, but he did grow up constantly being prepared to his brother every single day of his life. If Edward succeeded in something, he would be reminded that Darcy had indeed done it already and better than Edward had done it.
This created a youngest child who started enjoying every aspect of rebelling that he could. Whether it was climbing on top of rooftops, accidentally setting the kitchen on fire, letting the horses loose in the stable or something else entirely, there was never a still moment with Edward. Whilst his older brother was out achieving things, and getting more and more educated, Edward was dancing around the family castle wasting his life away one day at a time.
During his teenage years Edward started adding drinking to the mix, along with cigarettes and the occasional drugs if he felt like he needed to get high. The amount of times his older brother has picked him up in a ditch somewhere, can't even be counted on two hands. His parents labelled him as 'depressed' amongst their friends and social gatherings, as a way of excusing his behavior, but in reality Edward has never been depressed in his life, he has just accepted that he will never surpass his brother in expectations and that's okay, because he doesn't want to - he just wants to do whatever he feels like doing.

He doesn't have much of any goals in lifes, and he doesn't feel like he needs them either - he's privileged in his situation and he has every intention of using that. On top of that Edward is also very much aware that his brother loves him far too much to ever kick him out, which more or less means that Edwards entire goal in life is to be that odd-uncle who lives down the hall and brings home a lot of people.
Edward isn't someone who is instantly unlikeable, he is just someone who is not for everyone - especially in the elite he has been born into. He's the type of individual who does just about anything in his power to not be confronted by the emotional aspects of something. You won't ever find him declaring his love, or saying that he missed you or be overly excited about much of anything, but instead he is someone where you need to learn to catch the signals he sends out. Once you do that, you notice that he actually has a lot on his heart. -

|Pyro-Telekinesis|the ability to manipulate objects by using fire. Edward is a pyro-metahuman meaning that he can manipulate fire at his will, and make it act like he wants to. He first discovered these abilities when he set the house on fire when he was four, because his mother wouldn't give him a lollipop that he wanted, and he has been quite good at utilizing his abilities ever since. Amongst pyro-metahumans Edward is a rare breed in the sense that he can create fire from out of thin air, and doesn't need to have a lighter or something on hand to use his abilities.
He's insanely good with his abilities, to a point where he can use them as well as any other muscle in his body. They don't tire him out, they don't stand in his way, he is one with these abilities and they are one with him.
