    Zere was a girl from a poor family. She never knew her family as they were dead before she could talk. She grew up in an orphanage until one day slavers raided it and took all inside away in chains. Once enslaved she was quickly selected for the "honor" of becoming a Lesser Djinn. The process was the single most painful thing of her life. Hours of her screaming as she was subjected to pains unimaginable. Untill finally the ritual was complete and at last the pain stopped and she was in a black void. She knew that her owner after the ritual was to be a man named Kariso and she waited to finally be summoned to his side. But she was never summoned. What passed next was the second most painful thing of her life. Hundreds of years, trapped in a small dark space. Time quickly becoming meaningless as seconds turn to years and years into seconds. The demon inside her keeping her sane throughout the years as she waited for something, anything, to free her from her dark prison.

    Then one day it happened, she was summoned! And when her eyes adjusted to the beautiful light that she had assumed had forsaken her, she found herself standing in The Golden Tether.
