    I draw to earn money as a job, this is how I pay bills and keep myself going so please be respectful.
    I have health issues including a badly injured shoulder which can at times set me back a few days depending on my pain levels but I am ALWAYS upfront about these and will let you know if your work will be slightly delayed, please respect this, it will not take forever, but I am physically incapable of drawing when my shoulder flares up and in immense pain for a few days
    That being said when I start your picture it can take 24 hours-a week to finish always accounting for a pain delay. I will keep you updated, and send you progress along the way for making changes and alterations to insure it turns out how you like. (Also not this time depends on when i START not when you place the order, theres a wait list and I will let you know when I have started yours!
    I will not start anything without payment first. I can add you to a list and you can pay when i'm ready to start if that is more comfortable but nothing will begin until payment for my protection (But salty what about my protection!? you might say... your protection is in the power of reputation. as an artist my name is out there I practically beg people to look at and buy my stuff so if I do not uphold my end clearly that will tarnish my name out there for future sales... I don't want that to happen so obviously I am not here to rip anyone off.)

    Refunds.. A touchy subject but lets get into it! There are no refunds. once i start work i'm paid for it. if you have issues that unfortunate but i talk and discuss a lot along the way to insure i'm giving you what you want, My time is what your paying for so you can not just stop half way and insist on money back. i'm sorry but your committed! and I will do my very best to make you happy with what I create.

    IF for some reason I decide to not do your work (highly unlikely) or issues come up that will delay me too long I will contact you about returning your money if I will not be able to provide the requested art. I WILL NOT keep your money if i'm not drawing you anything!

    NO I will not take DIGOS or other random items in favor of art... again, this is how I earn an income to pay my bills and feed my family... If I want a digo it will be listed on my char but otherwise please do not go offering this, i will have to say no and then it's awkward for everyone.

    Do not ask for freebies or expect art just because we RPed I mean come on... it's just rude.. If I give someone a gift that's my choice.

    If you are on a waiting list but have not paid please be sure to check in once in a while? I have a lot going on between real life and art that tracking people down can be a hassle so please just check in one in a while if interested! I promise I'm not TRYING to forget people alas it does happen sometimes. If my list is reset and your not sure your on it, just message me! I'm very accommodating despite not chasing people down!
