Benjamin is a blood demon. In short, this simply means he's capable of manipulating blood in any shape or form. His skill set ranges from constructs to even animated summons. He barely ever uses such skills, especially in a modern setting. In a modern era, Benji is a surgeon and uses his control of blood to assist him in saving lives in the operating room; especially when it comes to stopping the patients from bleeding out on his table. So he's a hero then, yes? Since he saves lives? No. As quickly as he'd save someone, he's just as quick to let them die. What's more, he's capable enough to make it seem like an accident or even natural. Benji absolutely loves to pretend he's a god, his twisted mind finding it incredibly thrilling.
In addition to his god complex, the demon's cruelty knows no bounds. He's arrogant, selfish, and cold to anyone not in his small circle of friends. Benji is easily the type of man to laugh at a stranger's misfortune, rather than jump in and help them. Once befriended, however, his loyalty is second to none; and he'd kill for someone if the need arose. Literally.
Ben heals incredibly fast, minor wounds closing up moments after having been inflicted. Deeper wounds take longer but still ultimately close faster than natural. He can still die from something as fatal as decapitation or being blown up, but he's not fragile in the slightest. In fact, Benji has died before; seven times. Much like a phoenix, he's always reborn again in an unforeseeable amount of years in the future. Not all of his memories will stay with him each time, but some of them do linger. The deeper the friendship or hatred, the more likely chance he'll remember someone in his next life.
His glamour is only visible to mortals. Every other creature can see through it; potentially even half-breeds. Again, Benji is arrogant. He isn't afraid of other supernatural creatures seeing him for what he really is because to out him would be to out themselves, or at least that's how he sees it. His glamour is done through the use of his own magic and the man is capable of fully lowering it at any time. Furthermore, it's not an all-or-nothing effect. He can show off his claws while keeping the other aspects hidden or even unglamour a single hand/finger. It's entirely up to his own discretion. His demonic features fully consist of glowing red eyes, twisted horns, black claws, and double fangs.
Benji is incredibly skilled with his hands, especially considering the precision needed for his occupation. Every move the man makes is deliberate and calculated. He's meticulous in nearly every aspect of his life and it isn't hard to notice the confidence figuratively seeping out of his every pore. It helps that he's studied the human race enough to blend in quite well in public settings without making a scene, and can even interact with them successfully enough when he puts forth the effort.
