Switching gears to a different major, the budding novelist has found a comfort in written word and a new love in the format of font on old paper.

More than just a jock, more than just a pretty face, Dean is perhaps a surprising mixture of good nature, proper kindness and genuine thoughtfulness. His grasp of good morals is perhaps only outshined by his naivety and desire to help anyone that happens upon his path in life. He believes in a goodness and that that goodness can exist in some of the worst cases of human beings. It doesn't let him pardon the evil in the world but he does believe in showing kindness and giving chances to snuff the dark out before it takes hold.
Dean spent a good portion of his life fitting into the 'dumb blonde' stereotype, knowing full well that the image cast upon him was one that regularly existed in his school setting for those more athletically inclined. Breaking this mold, he began to apply himself as evenly to academics as he could with his extracurriculars, pulling himself up into a solid A average just over the course of a year. Thoroughly dropping the- quite frankly rude- and lackluster title, Dean has become one of the brighter members on the team and regularly helps tutor the others so that they don't fall into the red zone grade average that would hinder their track status.
