"Octane" is believed to be the adopted identity of a Hispanic male named Gabriel Ochoa, who was reported missing by his former co-workers four years ago. His gradual rise in notoriety has seen his reputation develop from public nuisance to super-criminal, with his allegiances seeming to lie within the lower districts' underground.
He is a vagrant and a harbinger of chaos, with a talent for theft and a strong proclivity for pyrotechnics. The title of "Octane" became well-known soon after his criminal debut, having spray-painted it across the walls during the notorious "radio heist."
