    Julius Baelsar is a Halfblood, though is listed as Muggle born, from America that is currently attending Hogwarts. He was admitted into the institution when he was 13, unable to attend the year prior and is seen as a late bloomer into magic cause of it. He is the son of Jakob von Bacius(under the ruse of Baelsar) who is an infamous wizard that murdered his entire family and fled to America to start a new life.

    Despite attending a school for wizardry and being from a former prestigious pure blood lineage, Julius isn't that proficient in magic. In his youth before Hogwarts, he was referred to as a prodigy for his prowess in swordsmanship. Now he attends Hogwarts to learn to become a magic swordsman.

    Julius is a very carefree individual who is always in high spirits. Despite his lack of magical potential, he is eager to learn and enjoys challenging himself to understand the unknown. He is referred to as goofy and sometimes a bit idiotic to others for his sense of humor, even at times pointing out his magical inferiority as a joke.
