Personality: Absolute charmer, overly friendly, and flirtatious. He holds an aura of confidence that floats around him constantly.

Never judges anyone or assume anything about any one person. He believes everyone is capable of skill and everyone is capable of evil. He is perspective to a large degree. Always curious.

Story:
Jareth was born in London and raised in an orphanage. Never being adopted he lived there until he turned 16 when he left of his own accord.
Doing fairly well in his studies he was able to get a job in a local library that knew him since he was a young child, as he would often sneak to read there.
The store owner wasn't surprised when he came to him. He offered him an apprenticeship, working under him until he was skilled enough to work on his own.
Jareth has spent every day in that library since. Randomly one night, charming people at yet another pub he was approached by a man, Paul, who introduced him to a swingers club.
Jareth learns quickly that charming skills aren't all words as he becomes quite popular at this swingers club. But his heart isn't all the way into it as he longs for a real connection.
