Mannerisms: Jonas is not diagnosed with autism, but he has a lot of autistic tendencies. He has a hard time carrying eye contact, he often responds literally, and he fidgets on anything he can find. He tends to chew on his pen, fingers, anything he can find when he's talking to people or he's deep in thought. When he's angry, he stammers a lot, like he can't get the words out. He rambles when he's excited about something and won't stop if someone gives him a shallow social cue.

Pet-peeves: Jonas has a pet peeve with people in general. He's not the friendliest person -- yes, he won't outwardly hate you and he won't insult you to your face, but he will give you looks and purse his lips if you talk to much. Unless he likes you, the sound of your voice is just grating him... and its very hard to get him to like you. He hates stupid people, he hates stupid questions, and he constantly thinks he's better than you. You breathing too loud could become his petpeeve.

What does Jonas look for in a partner?
Jonas is attracted to intelligence but not the way you think it is. Doctors don't attract him because they are super smart with medical books, neither do people who could solve a math problem in one second. Jonas is attracted to people who are intelligent in the same way he is -- with murder, gore, and taboo subjects. He likes someone who is smart about the things he likes. Other than that, he thinks a lot of people are boring, and it takes a lot for him to be attracted to someone. When he is attracted to someone... let's just say that he is very much a follower instead of a leader. He's obsessive, stalkerish, and quick to become jealous. He wants all their attention on him, he wants them to share all their secrets with only him, and he doesn't like when things are hidden from him. He attracted to people who can take the lead and will teach him more things.

What is his preference?
Jonas is HOMOSEXUAL. He can't sleep with a woman, he can't be romantically attracted to a woman, and he has a hard time being sexually attracted to the female genitalia as well. So him being attracted to male genitalia is just a preference as he hard time with anything else.

What turns him off about a person?
If you read his petpeeves, you know that he hates most people... but lets say he got interested in someone enough to make a move and they turned him off. One of the ways they could do that is just proving him that they aren't as smart as he thought they were. Or if they have strong morals. Jonas is not morally good, he doesn't care about right and wrong, and he has a hard time feeling empathy for people who he isn't into... so if you have strong empathy about others and you tell him how he SHOULD be feeling? Yeah, his interest will drop instantly. Don't tell him how to feel and don't push your morals onto him.

Personality (big/descriptive):

Jonas is a very complex character with how he feels things. After being abused for a majority of his childhood by his father, then praised and treated like a girl from his depressed mother, he gathered a lot of mental illnesses and unhealthy coping mechanisms for his behaviors. His personality is very much unstable. Not because of his abuse, but because he refuses to get help for his issues. He absolutely HATES doctors and any medical rooms.

He is interested in a lot of taboo subjects that make any normal person raise their eye. Most horror authors are weird, but he beats them by a landslide. He isn’t just interested in horror, he’s interested in murder and gore to the point that it makes many of the people who read his books wonder if he’s actually a serial killer (which he isn’t. He hasn’t murdered a person in his life.) A lot of conspiracy have popped up from his books and about his real identity behind his anonymous pen name.

He is a genius, just not in the ways you’d think. He doesn’t know much about medical things like a doctor, nor does he know a lot about math, but he’s a trickster. He’s good at reading others, he’s good at making up plans, and he can create whole worlds in his mind in the span of one night. A lot of people compare the depth of his books to the depth of Edgar Allan Poe’s novels — with the creepiness, the human understanding, etc.

Jonas does have autistic tendencies but is actually one of the most perceptive people. He’s good at knowing when people are lying even when he takes things very literally. He’s sarcastic even though sometimes he has a hard time understanding it. He’s not black and white, he’s constantly proving himself wrong and doing more than he thought he would.

He’s very much “cat like”. He only likes people he chooses, he doesn’t like it when people overwhelm him, he does what he wants to do. A lot of people dislike him for these reasons. He isn’t openly mean, but he won’t hesitate to tell you how he feels if you ask him. “Do you like me?” and he might just tell you how he hates everything about you with NO filter. Sometimes he doesn’t realize how cruel he is when he’s being honest, but if he did, would he really care? Not really.

He lacks empathy in certain aspects. Now, if he finds his person, he can be VERY empathic and loyal — more obsessive than anything. He loves them, wants to own them, adores every single thing about them. Suddenly he wants to do everything with them, but it’s very hard for him to be interested in just any random person. If you want his attention, you have to be his specific type.

Other than that, he doesn’t have much empathy towards people he doesn’t know… he doesn’t feel sadness when people die in gruesome ways, he won’t ask you how you’re feeling, and he tends to be more blunt than caring.
