  • Description

    Much about this dragon remained a mystery. Even he did not know his full past. Having lived in a constant haze, he traveled from place to place, acting mostly out of instinct, which for a dragon meant gold. But for reasons he cannot explain, the haze recently lifted, and he found himself at The Golden Tether. He started out wearing expensive clothes and eating fine foods, after having discovered his sizeable hoard. But now he can be found in comfortable wear, not and though he had a frightening look, he had a friendly demeanor. He had black scales over most of his form and red along his belly and neck and the webbing of his wings. It is said never to look into a dragon's gaze, and his red stare was no exception. A dragon could look into your soul and... change things. He was owner of a thrall, and tried hard to be a good master to her, even though he was rather new to it.

    Breath:
    Ithax can breathe fire like any red dragon. His, however, can burn through anything if he lets it get hot enough.

    Magic:
    His magic is unparalleled, at least when it comes to fire. It is on the level of the gods themselves. However, he rarely uses it, and when he does it is almost always to help others.

    Gaze:
    A dragon's gaze in dangerous. It is said they can mesmerize, hypnotize, even kill with a gaze. Ithax's is no less dangerous. If someone looks into his eyes, he can project his will on them, making them do or believe whatever he wishes. The exception to this is a dragon's natural enemy, the unicorn. When used on a unicorn, it can backfire and merely gives impressions of what he wants.
    Ithax has no control over his gaze. He tries to avoid looking into people's eyes too long because of this. Instead of projecting his will, it projects his subconscious desires.
