Small waif of a creature had shock silver-white strands tufted just beneath whatever beanie or hat sat hugged around her crown. Street rat or hobo chic, a tiny figure obscured by hand-me-downs or consignment shop treasures. A stark contrast to outfit was youthful face, numerous freckles and vibrant eyes; babyish and perhaps a little naïve to the truth of the world.

    A darling with a set of sticks, she can be seen frequently through any part of Little Bogota or Palm Boulevard whacking them against any surface that'll hold still long enough.
