Trait: Executioner - Cash can no longer automatically kill enemies with critical hits. Instead, enemies wounded enough, by critical or otherwise by damage caused by him, will be rendered into a downed state. Downed enemies have a longer bleed-out time, but cannot move, attack, or perform free actions. Downed enemies can automatically be killed with [Execute].

[Zero]: Cash can zero in on his target, gaining tunnel vision focus with the aim to precisely target them. He temporarily ignores some damage caused by other attacks in this state, using his Adrenal endurance instead of his main endurance. The zeroed target is easier for him to hit by max of +15 while at the same time, the target loses up to -15 as well as up to -30 based on each point of Depravity. Cannot be used outside of combat but can be used to initiate combat. He cannot zero on more than 1 target and he cannot change targets after selecting one. Cash cannot zero again until 1 turn reset after executing his target.

[Stalk]: Replaces [Fade] stealth skill and doubles the agility bonus in order to sneak up on targets for the specific purpose to murder them. Cash cannot use Stalk for any other reason such as stealing/pickpocketing, avoiding security cameras, or climbing/free running.

[Execute]: Cash can perform an execution on an unaware, downed, grappled, or stunned character, treating non-heavy firearms and all melee weapons as Master as well as use its associated stat for this express purpose. Cash cannot use heavy firearms to execute. Executing enemies adds on a stack of Homicidal Mania and resets [Zero] after 1 turn.

[Find Weapon]: Cash can use perception search around any normal area for items to use or improvise as weapon. Weapon quality and type is based off the roll number and room type, though Cash cannot search a room more than once.
Values for [Find Weapon]:
1-20s: One use items that can down a single enemy before breaking (Syringes, Glass shards, Plastic bags, Writing utensils)
30s-50s: One handed weapons that don't break after a single use but have varying use in combat (Hammers, Sickles, Batons, Prison Shiv)
60s-90s: Two handed weapons that cause extreme pain and gory wounds, often noisy and loud (Fire axes, Sledgehammers, Baseball bats)
100s: Weapons that Cash is skilled in and firearms(Machetes, Rippers, Chainsaws)

Perks:

Manhunter - Despite Cash's size, he's a sickened hunter of men and women alike. Cash revels in following his prey like a serial killer from a Slasher movie. He can look for weapons around the area to use to butcher his victims as well as stalk them around to wait for the best time to strike. [Stalk] gains the same bonus as a sneaking attack while performing [Execution].

Homicidal Mania - Devoid of sane thought replaced with psychopathic glee, Cash is more driven with each person he kills. He can also abandon all sense to [Zero] on his target, leaping and lunging for them in order to tear them to pieces. Performing executions allows him to gain a stack of Joy. Joy is reset outside of combat, Cash loses 1 Joy per turn.

2 - Agility temporarily increased by 1
3 - Perception temporarily increased by 1
4 - Next execution resets [Zero]
5 - Executions increase Depravity

Sado-masochism - A sickened pervert that gets pleasure from causing immense pain and taking heavy wounds. Each strike allows him to ignore the pain taken from it. Wounds that often debilitate others will allow him to keep performing without hinderance unless functions of locomotion are impaired physiologically. Critical wounds caused by him or others increases his Joy by 1. Each hit he takes gives him Adrenaline Rush, temporarily increasing his endurance by a maximum of 2.

Flaws:

Circus Psycho - Pain and trauma caused by an upbringing through the Psycho Circus has left his mind entirely fractured. Along with a myriad of mental illnesses, his psychological state is entirely dependent on his Depravity. Depravity is rolled once per day and again when he enters a fight, only increasing. While Depravity might cause fear in his opponents, he also loses control of his actions and performs sick and degrading acts of violence and sexual sadism.
[Depravity Levels]:
1-4: Morose somberness to rude and perverted behavior, normally shy and awkward and will laugh in uncomfortable situations
5: State of equilibrium between calm and psychosis. Capable of random bouts of laughter, threats of violence, and sexual assault
6-9: Unpredictable, aggressively confrontational, will constantly seek out forms of release, violent mood swings, constant pathological laughter
10: Complete psychosis, psychotic mind break with personality clash, loss of control of emotional expression and will laugh manically in random intervals, will seek to relieve himself with torture, murder, and rape.

Drug Addict - Horribly addicted to many forms of high performance amphetamines. Cash's choice of narcotic is the military performance stimulant Psycho as well as powerful painkillers such as morphine, and must use a dose per day or suffer behavioral and physical health problems. The constant use of the drug has left him unable to feel the benefit of downers and some medicines. Downers such as barbituates, ketamine, and sleep medicine have little effect other than massive mood change, resulting in bouts of insomnia. Certain medicines such as stimpacks and healing stims have lesser effect, however painkillers can often substitute for them.

Guro - A complete pervert, Cash has a strong fetish for blood and gore. Violent acts cause him to feel sexually aroused and will often find himself attracted to mutilation and maiming. He will often keep and collect personal trophies from dead bodies or downed enemies for this reason.

Cannibal - Cash can no longer sustain himself on normal food. A steady diet of sapient meat must be established for him to heal properly or else starve. While he can no longer get sick from consuming different types of meat in different stages of decomposition, he can get sick from consuming too much normal food.

Smiling Sickness - Cash suffers from an advanced mutation of a prion disease more similar to Kuru, unique to members of the Psycho Circus. This can cause random bouts of laughter, smiling, twitching, and the shaking of the hands. This not only can oust him as a cannibal to others, but symptoms will become much more apparent in different levels of Depravity. These episodes can leave him noticed or stand out in many situations.
