    Technically not a friend per say, but his employer and boss. Still, Tibby is so grateful to have a job of his own, that of course he considers Enzo a dear friend of his.
    He's also a big role model to him, even more so because Tibby still thinks that Enzo is a chef, and he must be a really good chef, too, if he owns the whole restaurant.
    Tibby's hoping that one day he'll be promoted from waiter to be taught how to cook and be a real Mexican. Whatever he thinks that is...
