Fur: Thick and soft like a rabbit's. Very pale grey, nearly white.
Markings: Usual snow leopard rosettes of black to dark grey with shaded insides. Underside from her chin down is a faded white, just a few shades lighter than her fur.
Eyes: Deep, sapphire blue with a paler ring around the outer edge of the iris and a metallic gold ring around the pupil. Normal, black pupil.
Hair: Mostly white until the tips where it transitions into a metallic gold.

Wings: Large, flight capable. White feathers with an edge of metallic gold on them. Primary feathers are half-metallic gold colour. Feathers are silky soft to the touch and warm. Wings are full of muscle, strong, not delicate.

Personality: Demur, gentle, calm, submissive. A gentle woman who seeks to never spread violence if she can help it, though she has learned the value of it when necessary. • Semi-Immortal - She can die from life threatening wounds (i.e. beheading, destroying her heart, repeated bleeding / wounding) but will heal most everything else faster than normal, regrow limbs though it takes a while, and not be affected by the passage of time.

War was on the horizon when Kassandra was born. The united nations of Greece against the warmongering Spartans. 395BC was the year. Luciana was Kassandra's mother, a snow leopard who's ancestor's had been taken from their homelands far to the east and relocated through the slave trade to Greece. Only a couple generations before Luciana was freedom won and granted. Rather than leave and return to the home of their ancestors, they decided to remain in Greece and continue to support the nation in which they'd been born, honoring the gods and goddesses they'd been raised to worship.
Luciana's birth was nothing special itself, but her beauty was such that it was said Apollo himself selected her to become one of his priestesses and so it was that Luciana began study and worship at the Temple of Apollo in Delphi. She was tested for visions, but was found not to have the gift, though she did have a penchant towards a small gift of telepathy. As such, she was assigned to the Pythia herself and thus she grew. The priestesses weren't sworn to celebacy as so many other gods and goddesses required of their personal priests and priestesses, so it wasn't odd for a pregnancy to occur.
Luciana however, was never known to take a lover. Yet she came up pregnant. She refused to divulge the identity of her babe's father but once again speculation came that it was Apollo himself since he'd taken such a shine to the girl early in her life. To bear the offspring of a god was deemed the highest honor. Though it wasn't proven, Luciana was treated as one of Apollo's mistresses and elevated in status to near princess.
When Kassandra was born she was coveted and coddled. Her beauty a reflection of her mother's in form. Then her wings came in. The appendages alone seemed to seal her parentage in some minds while in others it took the golden colouration appearing. The touch of the Sun some called it, the gold upon her feathers and hair. The fine, golden circle around her pupils appeared later in life, when she had her first vision. At the age of five it wasn't a true vision but more a feeling, one she warned one of the guards about and turned out to be true.
As she grew, the feelings became stronger towards the future and her intuition towards the past of those around her that she touched became apparent as well. It seemed Kassandra was an Oracle. Apollo even made an appearance to make her status official. She would be the next Pythia of Delphi. She would be the voice of Apollo when he had things to share as well as offering services to those who came seeking council.
The years were good to Kassandra, she enjoyed her life and found joy in it, even as war moved ever closer. Luciana eventually passed and Kassandra mourned her. Then Kassandra noticed her friends were aging as well while she was not. When Kassandra lit the pyre for her best friend, her grieving found new depths. At first she thought her eternal youth a curse, rather than the blessing so many of the priestesses said. She didn't think herself blessed by Apollo, and so her first rebellion happened.
Kassandra fled the temple, seeking to leave behind Apollo and the Temple. As it turns out, a god is not so easily run from, even if she is no longer under the skies were their pantheon rules. Kassandra had gone east, seeking the home of her ancestors, but Apollo found her. She was punished for fleeing and so it was she was once again a priestess of Apollo. He allowed her to continue her journey, to explore and spread word of his benevolence and power. For centuries she did this. She learned and explored. It was nearly a millenia later that she went to return home to Delphi, but the lands she crossed had changed. War raged between where she was and Delphi.
The Crusades, she was told is what they were called. It seemed a land dispute had become a religious war as well. Kassandra sought a way through but in doing so was captured. Her life of slavery began. She prayed and prayed to Apollo, asking for his assistance in freeing herself, so that she could return to his Temple. Finally, after a few years, Apollo appeared to her while she was on a ship passing near Athens. He told her the Temple was no more, that his priestesses were no more. Greece had fallen and the gods and goddesses of Greece had fallen into slumber or even death.
Apollo was one of the few who remained awake, who still sought to retain his power, so while he couldn't help Kassandra, he bade her to continue her faith in him, that he would do what he could for her in return. So it was, centuries of slavery passed, Kassandra's lack of aging and near immortality seeing her through many different owners and horrors as well as joys.
Nearly five-hundred years ago, a true test of her near-immortality came, one that would result in amnesia. While flying as a courier Kassandra was shot from the sky. She crashed hard into the earth, destroying her wings and nearly resulting in her death. The one who'd ordered her shot from the sky took her in, having coveted her for himself for years. The bracers she wore to control her powers couldn't be removed, so instead the male sent assassins to her prior master to obtain the control bracelet and keys.
It took months for Kassandra to finally awake, her wings only half-regenerated but her head fully healed apart from her memory. The male took pleasure in explaining her place in the world to her and training her how he wished. She passed some hands after he passed away, each one adding to her new training since the old was lost. Every now and then Kassandra gets a flash of her prior life, of her past, but not enough to form a full picture.
Apollo's first appearance to her after her amnesia nearly scared her witless, but when he tried to heal her mind he was blocked by the bracers she wore, his power so diminished that he was unable to overcome them. So, he told her what he was able to. Basically she was an Oracle of his Temple, that he was her patron god and would continue to help where he could in return for her continued faith in him while he also worked on rebuilding his worshippers in an attempt to regain most of his powers. He tried to explain to her how powerful she was, much more so than she was now without her memories, but she couldn't fathom the ability to see so far into the future as what he said she could.
Most recently, Kassandra has found herself upon the isle of Guildereim after the passing of her most recent Master. With no family, and gambling debts to pay off, she was sold to cover some of those debts. Now, the snow leopardess seeks to find her footing as an unowned thrall, to find friends and possibly even a new Master to serve. But with the specialty of her powers, to see into the future, even 24 hours, plus her strong telepathic abilities, it makes the Tether scrutinize would be purchasers closely to ensure they don't put a weapon into the hands of an enemy.

While not often, there are occasions where Apollo still speaks to Kassandra if her collar is removed and the bracers not told to block him. She is too far for a physical manifestation of him to reach, but if she is beneath the sun she can hear and speak to him.
