This mysterious yet captivating creature is best known under the name of Annilien Amsel – a gentlewoman who possesses a silver tongue with a sharp edge – whose motivations are for her own thoughts and not the ears of others. Always fulfilling a devious scheme of some kind. She is a curious individual; thus, attracting some like a moth to a flame – tempting them to get close enough into getting burned. Those who adore her proclaim she is but an angel, while others accuse her of being the devil. But where is the fun of listening to the words of others when one can simply find out themselves and partake in the company of such an inviting stranger?
Blessed with elegant, sharp features held across a diamond shaped face; Annilien is a hailed for her beauty; possessing a narrow jawline, Grecian nose, high cheekbones, and downturned lips. A mane of deep, auburn hair sits atop her head, usually found braided and pinned into a bun in a secure, prim manner. If left unfastened – the strands gather in waves and surround her frame, ending at the mid-thigh in terms of length. The shade highlights a set of peculiar set of irises that are held within upturned sockets – in which lie beneath softly arched brows. A maroon brown that is capable of either holding the warmth of a welcoming hearth and the heat of a wild inferno. An enchanting gaze to meet, if not almost whimsical in quality that mirrors the kittenish smile that always seems to be hold across painted lips.
Having been crafted by her own force of will, Annilien takes meticulous steps in both the care of her appearance and health. She upholds a strict regimen to maintaining the power of captivating others. It is only through the flaw of vanity and fear that she performs a myriad of petty burdens. While average in height, the woman can be described in possessing a narrow frame – willowy to the naked eye yet unexpectedly wiry from daily training and a mindful diet. From the moment she rises from slumber Annie begins sculpting herself to perfection under severe inspection. Powdering rosy pale skin, coloring the eyes with both liner and shadow, painting her lips to reflect what is to be worn for the day. Every last detail of her person will be decorated in some form or fashion – for everything has its purpose.
The standard array that she adorns herself with is extravagant, as not a day goes by without Annilien being seen with a lace of pearls, traces of gold, and the finest of threads. Her attire is always current with the times – keeping up to date with the latest trends of society – however, wearing loose garments such as tea gowns or similar in more private settings. The word – provocative – is a lovely sound to her ears. Most accoutrements in her wardrobe were not bought with her own hand; rather gifts from lovers and potential suitors. Or items that so happened to ‘catch her eye’ amidst day-to-day living. In terms of tones, it is usually those that are catching to the one’s attention. From various shades of wine to blood, hints of gold across black textiles, or smooth, sheer fabric with embroidering of flora and avian.
No matter the circumstance, one could describe Annilien’s tone of voice to be smooth and rich – a lovely lyric soprano. Even in her day-to-day movement does she move with precision as if executing the planned actions; confident and poised in a walking style often associated as strolling throughout life with little care or concern. But, as not even she can be false forever, the mannerisms are of her own. She will stroke her chin when in mid-thought, toy with whatever jewelry that adorns her person, and cannot help but make a biting remark whenever she is displeased. Always finding herself upset when things are not in their proper place. Also, accustomed to the finer things of life; the scent of roses, vanilla, and coffee cling to her skin – a particular favorite that brings on the sensation of nostalgia.
