Appearance:
A heavenly, winged being - how else would you describe an archangel? Though his wings are hidden, his body is the very definition of 'heavenly'. A messy mop of blonde waves outlines a ruggedly scruffy jawline. His lips have been described as very kissable, though few have tasted the sweetness of his kiss. His eyes, a mysterious green hold such depths to them that to anyone who tried to gaze deeply into them would find themselves curious about the mysteries of the universe.
Personality:
Despite being an archangel, Bartzabel is not over preachy or has any delusions about the human perception of God. He is a wonderful listener and loves to philosophize with anyone who would like to sit down and have a cup of coffee with him. He is gentle in nature but is capable of destruction if he is willed by God. Normally, if he isn't chatting with a random person, he is usually singing.
Profession:
Bartzabel is musically inclined, being sent down from Heaven to spread God's word through song. He has tried many mediums or spreading the word - Gregorian Chanting with monks, religious choirs, street performing - everything. A few months ago, he was asked to audition as a lead guitarist and co-vocalist with a very popular heavy metal band. Seeing the potential to reach a completely new demographic of people, he auditioned and got the job.
Education:
Bartzabel had been around since before the Earth and humans were created. He has learned as they invented. He learned to communicate as humans learned to communicate. He learned how to draw as they drew. Read and write as they created the written word and the meanings behind the symbols. One could consider creation and invention to be his education from above. Then, once he was sent down to Earth to be one amongst the humans, his focus became music.
Lover:
Bartzabel is capable of the emotion of love, as well as the physical act. There is a pesky rumor that angels are not endowed with genitals - that is not the case. However, he is not frivolous with his heart. When he feels things, he feels them deeply and expresses himself through music and poetry. Call him a hopeless romantic for that certainly fits the bill.
