    Oleander bears a strong resemblance to his father, Emperor Belos with long bluish black hair that has several white streaks running through it, tied back with an emerald green hair tie, and bright blue eyes that stand out against his pale complexion. He also has a noticeable scar on his left cheek.

    For his attire, Oleander often wears clothing like his father's formal self's, consisting of a long sleeved shirt and a frilled purple cravat, a pink waistcoat, a long purple overcoat, brown pants and knee-high white boots with heels. He also wears white gloves on his hands.
