  • A short story

    Long ago, in a far away place, there was a Ewe, and her three lambs. The lived outside their village, for the ewe practiced strange magics, and was both feared by, and needed by the village. They lived alone, for the ram had dissapeared on foraging trip many years before. One day the eldest lamb grew ill, and despite her knowledge of medicines and magic, she could not save her lamb. In her greif, she neglected her other two children. They too soon grew ill, and in time passed. Now this ewe, deep in the delerium of her sadness, began to search for deep, dark magic. She vowed to fix her mistakes, never ceasing to search, never sleeping, never eating, using strange and eldrich magics to keep herself awake, from starving, from dying. Each spell, changed her, changed her flesh, changed her mind, until she was no longer herself.

  • Description

    What...is it? This being is tall, monsterously, gigantically tall. This height seems unatural though, as if this thing was molded out of clay, but at some point the soft clay was left to run down and stretch, leaving limbs to be too thin at the middle, too think at the ends, even the fingers where stretched oddly on this roughly humanoid form. It's wrapped head to toe in what looks like tighlty braided and woven silk ribbons, giving it a harlequin pattern in royal purpes, brilliant scarlets, deep greens, oceanic blues and golden yellows. The only things not covered by this suit of ribbons is cloven hoves, dark and shining like jet. Its face is covered by a volto mask, painted in the same colors to look like a crying sheep or ram, with golden horns curling up over the head, that maybe part of the person beneath, or maybe part of the mask itself. The most odd however is its movement and postures, as if its muscles, possibly due to that odd stretching, are unable to fully hold it up. Body seeming to bend and flop as it moves, bones like the spine seeming only to be suggestions and not support for the lanky creature.
